We stayed here because it was the least expensive we could find for a one night stay after a cruise. But at just under $300 for one night, we certainly were expecting better.
-
The property was run down and not in a good area. Sadly there were many homeless people wandering around and lobby doors had to be locked 24/7. Not worth price we paid but ok for one night. Definitely needs renovation inside and out.

Mold on bathroom ceiling above shower. Fitness center dirty
-
Room old and dirty. Very noisy. Area sketchy.
-
I had no toilet paper in my room and the outside door stuck!
-
For three days heater kept going off after several hours. Had to change rooms in middle of night. Still had trouble entire stay. Never was permanently fixed. Breakfast was OK but attendant slow in response to things running out. Had to call twice from airport about shuttle pickup. Never again
-
Old and needed to be cleaned
-
Not clean and beat up

The bathroom did not have a latch/bolt so the door did not stay closed (told the front desk twice and nothing was done), found multiple fake eye lashes in the bedding, mold in shower, different color light bulbs in room, uneven flooring, dresser was beat up and drawers didn't all close, said free shuttle but only had one car and when we needed to be picked up they said it was busy, we scheduled a ride to the airport in advance and it was written on the wrong day in their schedule, terrible breakfast, person at front desk swore at check in and we have children.

Location was very close to the train station where we came from The breakfast didn’t look very appetizing so we went out to eat

Rooms were bad. The tub was moldy and peeling ! They checked in another guest under my name. The airport driver was late. If it wasn’t for Katie, I would have been late to the airport. She deserves a raise. The rest was garbage!!

Hotel was very run down, cost was extremely over priced and the area is super rough. Did not feel overly safe..did not even sleep with earplugs like I normally do incase someone kicked my door down and I had to fight. Extremely loud inside and outside all night. Would not book this hotel for my dogs. Avoid at all costs even though it is the cheapest online. Positives… Bed was comfy

The room was small but well equipped and very nice. Breakfast was ok, but not a lot of choices.

Somehow my reservation got mixed up from two nights to one. The hotel made no effort to contact me and just unceremoniously pack my belongings in bags and tossed them in a closet and checked me out. They were booked for the night and made no effort to help find another room. When asked why they didn’t try and contact me their answer was people abandon their belongs all the time. I had an $800 CPAP machine in the room. Stay here at your own risk.

It was close to the railroad and close to downtown. Not the cleanest. Huge dust bunny under the easy chair; dead fly in the bathtub. The price was exceptionally high but maybe all downtown facilities are that high.
-
Not worth the money. I do not recommend this place!
-
Friendly and helpful and near everything. The perfect base for downtown.
-
It is located close to the railroad Depot and the downtown The hotel’s surrounding looks like unsafe The cleaning of the room unsatisfactory, used beer can at the window, hair in the bathroom found The breakfast’s variety is poor, although the orange juice was a good one Wi-Fi isn’t reliable

We had booked another hotel close to the airport and then read the reviews that said it was dirty and the staff was difficult, so we changed our reservation to the Ramada. We were specifically looking for a hotel with transport to and from the airport. When we called from the airport to request transport we were told that the van was not operable, but they would send a car. However, we were a family group of 11 and it would talk over two hours for the car to make round trips to get us all to the hotel. The receptionist told us to get taxi's, but said they would not compensate us. This is what we did which was an additional expense. The next day I approached the desk to see if they could rent or borrow a van to take us to the airport. This time the receptionist was very willing to work with us and promised to talk to the manager. The manager. Mohamad, called and paid for two Ubers and with the hotel car we made it back to the airport. This hotel is dated and 20 minutes from the airport. But it was within walking distance of the excellent Anchorage museum and we felt they responded positively to our situation.

The room’s bathroom had mold on the wall, lamp shade & wall had either food or bodily fluid on them. Blood on men’s bathroom door & wall in the lobby. When we went to grab our luggage from the luggage room that is supposed to stay locked. We had to check out the same day once we were able to find another place to stay and there was no manager to speak with about the matter.
