this is 1st time I've ever complained smelled like cigarettes so bad & when I tried to open window, it was broken & no screen I have a photo
-
You had the same thing for breakfast every single day unlike other hotels where they give you different varieties everyday there's bird poop all over outside
-
Check in staff were nice, but honestly just spend the few extra dollars and stay somewhere else.
-
It was a convenient location. Building was a bit worn out.
-
Everywhere was dirty from the pool to the room. The main lobby carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in forever. On top of everything being dirty, the property was very poorly maintained.
-
Absolutely horrible
-
Dated rustic hotel that allows dogs.
-
Lots of problems with this poorly run hotel. AC did not work properly, staff not very helpful, no towels or wipes in tiny gym, room not nicely furnished, breakfast barely basic.

2nd room we were given had a fan facing out towards the hall placed at the door. The cleaning staff said it was because the room smelled musty. 3rd room was acceptable. We were walked in on by a couple that had been given keys to our room just a few hours after check-in. That was awkward for all. When we let the front desk know, they asked if we had “ordered takeout and forgot about it?” My question was “do you give room keys to food delivery people?” The other amazing part of this property (NOT) is that we booked a shuttle for midnight for our friends that were arriving late. We stopped by the desk at 11:45pm to ensure the shuttle had gone to pick them up, and I noticed their name was crossed out. I asked if this meant they were picked up, and the desk attendant said “we don’t book pickups at that time of night” I asked if they had alerted the list of numerous people crossed out, and he said “no” I called my friend and they were waiting at the curb. He told me they would need to call in and request the shuttle. I put him on speaker and he confirmed he was at the curb, and was waiting. Attendant said that was “not good enough” and my friend had to call in to request himself. So I had to hang up and watch while my friend called the hotel to request the shuttle. We lost our key the next day and asked for a new one. They gave it without any ID required. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Breakfast was great. Location was perfect
-
Location was great as it was within walking distance to the railroad station and downtown. It’s also close to the River walk. Staff was very helpful.
-
Staff was professional and nice. Rooms clean, hotel close to train station.
-
The rooms were clean and there was ample parking. The breakfasts were fabulous
-
Not the Hotel's fault, but constant loud sound of train all hours of the day & night.
-
Location Other than the beds there was one small kitchen chair in the room. Nothing comfortable to sit on. Everything looked very worn. Large piece of chocolate on the floor of the room when we arrived not clean
-
Dated rooms with odd chairs in room and old carpet throughout. No drawers in rooms and they allow dogs.
-
The rooms are clean but if you plan on staying here make sure your ok with a train horn blasting at all hours of he night.

Room was clean. Slept well Staff at front desk didn't seem to care about its guests needs. Shuttle was unreliable. Needed it three times. The pickup from the airport went okay but we needed a ride to the railroad depot that night and it never showed up so we had to walk to the depot. My wife has a bad knee, and I have a bad hip. The final time we needed the shuttle was for a ride to the airport and it was 1/2 hour late. Things that get broken either get a shoddy repair or are eliminated. We used 2 rooms and they both had exposed wiring.
-
Nice hotel that is a little run down. No chairs in the pool area and rust in the pool area. They are helpful and can store some fish overnight for you depending on size.
