Wonderful room and convenient to everything. Downtown, train and bus were short walks away. We loved everything

Very convenient, spacious, excellent amenities including a little breakfast room available to all plus a waiting room for the train. Very flexible and responsive to questions including parking. Lovely stay and would highly recommend Nothing

Family owned and they are incredibly kind. We had a special bottle of wine and while there were many beautiful classes, there were no wine glasses however they insisted on providing them so they went and magically appeared within 10 minutes. They also have a light breakfast available in a community kitchen, which is very nice great location near the bike path the train and wonderful restaurants. Beds were a bit low for us old folks but very comfortable.

Super clean, very modern and bright. Very spacious and comfortable beds. We would stay again and would recommend to our friends.

The place is very clean, and close to the depot. The room is spacious.

I liked where it was located close to the party I had, it was walking distance. The lady was very nice to help me find parking, it confused me, so I called her, and she came to my rescue, nice customer service. The beds weren't that comfy. The sugar was hard, the water in the fridge tasted not cold, and almost quagulated. There was no vending machines for drinks, no place for water, except bathroom sink.

Most hotels we’ve stayed at in Alaska (including some very nice ones) feel dated, a little run down, and dingy. Snob Hollow, however, was fresh, bright, and clean. I thought maybe the ultra modern minimalist style would feel a little cold and impersonal but that was not the case at all. There is so much warmth and attention to detail, from the snacks and grab and go breakfast options in the lounge, to a column fan and little dinette set in the room. It felt comfortable and homey. We opted to leave our car and just walk to dinner and both events since they were also downtown. The location makes just about everything downtown accessible within 5-15 minutes of walking. I was surprised given its proximity to so many businesses, bars, and restaurants that once we were inside we heard no outside noise at all. We will definitely be booking this place the next time we want to overnight in Anchorage. It is wonderful in every way. Absolutely no complaints. It was amazing.

Perfectly located, comfortable room. Staff is super friendly. We were in the railroad room, which does not have much of a view. Not a big deal as we were out and about.

Cute and cozy, personal and not corporate. Felt very local due to decorum and location. Easily walkable to down town area restaurants, shops and breweries. Area charming and felt safe and friendly. N/A

This is the family run small inn you don’t find anymore but with updates technology like keypad entry. My bed was so comfy as well. Wish there was an entry with no stairs.

The room was nice and the location is close to the train station We stayed twice there. First time, the room was close to the reception and restaurant. But the second time we stayed very far…down the hallway, and we walked a lot to get to the room. So is better to ask in advance to stay close to the reception…
