Nice room but breakfast was too basic and no elevator. Pool looked nice and is supposed to be heated but I didn't try it
-
Everything was neat and tidy. Check in was easy. We didn't utilize the pool but it was there. The breakfast was cold cereal, mini package muffins or yogurt or flat pancakes. No sugar.
-
Great front desk staff. The pool was lovely and the room was clean.

We arrived really late in the day after over 12 hours of driving. We had our 1.5 and 7 year old kids with us and we're ready to crash. The front desk person was polite but thats the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. We got to the room and the bedding was stained, floors looked dingy and gross, the shower was dirty and if it had been earlier than 11pm or I didn't have exhausted kids I would have left to find somewhere else to stay. Instead we just laid all our blankets out over top of theirs, used out neck pillows to sleep on and everyone kept their shoes on. We didn't use the pool the next day as we left immediately upon waking up. We did stop by the breakfast place, but the food was dried out and crumbly muffins, still frozen yogurt tubs and milk in a shared jug that I didnt trust would be clean or not expired. I do not recommend staying here if you have literally any other option

The room was so spacious and nice. Perfect place to stay.

The bed was very hard. It smelled bad as soon as we walked into the building. We asked for and were promised an ADA room but didn’t get one.
-
The beds are terrible, they are hard I woke up so stiff and achy, I felt sore all day.

ADA lift chair in pool area not operational. Hot tub not operational. Pool area very dirty. Continental breakfast not as advertised in the photo and dismal at best. The blinds in the room do not darken the room from the lights in the parking lot that could light up a baseball stadium, making it hard for soft sleepers to sleep. The multiple air freshener/ perfume spread around the floors and lobby that sprays from a box irritated a member of my families airway who has asthma. What smell they are trying to cover up I don’t know. In conclusion what was advertised and paid for is not what we received in amenities.

Room was falling apart, stained sheets. Breakfast options were almost nothing besides pancakes and cereal. They were out of laundry detergent, vending machines were out of order, seems like they are cutting corners everywhere. The entire hotel lost power when we were there. Wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t pay the electricity bill. Don’t stay here.

There was stains on the wall by the bed, there was no soap at the sink, the sheets had very minor stains on them otherwise we had food super close, dollar tree super close which I actually needed because I forgot to pack a couple of things, the sleep was terrible because the fan was so loud, breakfast was said to be a mix of hot and continental but all we got was cereal and toast
-
There was mold on the shower floor, no non-slip mat in the shower floor. Carpet is disgusting and very dirty. I will reach out to the health department in your area.
-
My tv didn’t work and the paint fumes were horrible
-
Only issue was those using the pool were very loud, even later in the evening.

Good value

It was nice and clean. The breakfast was cold items

Excellent place to stay after a long drive. Located a stone's throw south of Redding, it is an easily recommended place to sleep just off the interstate. The accommodations were refreshing and memorable.

Room smelled weird

A clean facility with friendly professional staff. Will stay here again.

We rented the suite with the jacuzzi tub in the room. The size of the room was good. There were some finishing that needed attention. One of the jets in the tub needs a cover. The jets were very weak. There were ants on the jet tub. There wasn’t a table or desk in the room that we could sit at to eat in be on a laptop. There wasn’t great pressure to the shower and the shower was so slick I was afraid to use conditioner in my hair. We used the indoor pool and hot tub and they were both nice. It wasn’t busy when we used it so that was nice. The pool is pretty large. The location of the hotel was very convenient. We did not see an elevator to the second floor, which isn’t that big of a deal until you are trying to haul all your stuff to or from a car. Would stay in the hotel again but probably will not spring for the expense of the room with the hot tub.
