We have a family member on the hospital on icu and our son had to fly home for the quickest visit ever. We drove ALL night to get him back to his college football game. The staff here got a room ready for us as quickly as they possibly could si that we could rest before the game. Such amazing place to stay!!

The hotel was nice, beds were comfortable, breakfast wasn’t great, for an older business it was good. The rooms were clean, except the floors were very dirty, my feet were very dirty, after taking my shoes off, after just a few minutes, although the laminate floor looked clean, it was not.

It was able accommodate us with 4 rooms, close together.

Nice property. Near fwy. Food and shopping within walking distance. Pool warm. Hot tub hot. Breakfast standard. In the middle of an upgrade but still a good stay. Accessible room had good space and the door opened outward which was very convenient.

It was clean room but a bit of noise from people talking outside of the room. Plus the deposit didn't credit back to my card so I wasn't really sure how a deposit charged to the room.

We checked in almost midnight and the staff who checked us in double charged my account. I would have not been refunded if I didn't notice the charges on my account and informed another staff about it. They refunded me and said that next time I wouldn't have to pay for the deposit fee. But no other consideration beyond that. The door in our room had to be yanked to close and the AC is loud so we mostly had it off. The walls are thin that you can hear people from outside talking or walking by. You better off getting food outside the hotel because the breakfast, which only lasts from 6am-9am, have items that are the same all the time includes waffles, muffins that are dense, banana, apples, and coffee.

The beds were hard as a rock!! The hotel is fine if you are looking to just rest your head and get back up, otherwise I wouldn't recommend.

Staff was friendly. Hotel room itself was kinda dirty and had hair in the shower.

The first room we were put in smelled so bad we were switched to a new room. The new room didnt smell bad but it wasn't very clean or well maintained. Not a very good place for families with young children, the carpet did not seem very clean. The staff were helpful though.

Thr pool was great and the people were friendly. The laundry worked very well. It was safe and there was enough space for parking The carpet on the floor was not very clean. It looked as if someone spilled red wine. The breakfast was not very healthy

Nice staff and really clean. Poorly maintained with peeling walls. Pool was nice but also poorly maintained - way over chlorinated. It burned our face/eyes and was highly irritating to skin. We travel a bunch and have never had that type of experience. Unless they get more experienced management, we will not be staying there again.

The breakfast was terrible. There was no bacon and eggs or sausage. It was just inexpensive fruit with some yogurt. Staff was nice and good at excellent but the first two things I listed are important!!!! And it took like 30 minutes to fill up the hot tub in the room!!

Shower had a lot of mould in the silicone, but otherwise was clean. Hot tub in main pool area was cold and bubbles and jets didn't work
