You get what you pay for, didn’t expect more for $100 room. Tub was dirty, carpets seemed really dirty.

Not sure when the hotel last had active smoking rooms because the stale stench of old cigarette smell was very forward as we walked down the hall to our room. Thankfully, it was less noticeable in the room. Found an earwig bug in the shower that I had to dispose of before getting in & then found the full-sized conditioner bottle locked to the shower wall was empty, after I’d already shampooed my hair - I was not a happy camper. Maybe that’s not a big deal to a lot of folks, but for this tight, ringlet, naturally curly haired human, it’s really bad. Parking was easy. Staff were pleasant but overwhelmed, I think. Skip the breakfast, it’s really not that good.

We had such a nice stay! Perfect location, indoor pool was great! What really made this perfect though was the staff at the front! They went above and beyond for us! Shoutout to Melanie and Mia. They made our stay 10/10. So lovely, we will definitely be back!

It was a good overnight stay. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Breakfast was not bad at all. The location was very convenient because it was close to the freeway.

This hotel is in poor condition. Carpets are worn and stained, the breakfast is inadequate, the hot water unexpectedly goes from scalding to cold. The room was of good size, however, the bathroom is very small.According to the front desk person this hotel is in some stage of renovation. There do seem to be a large number of extended stay guests. The hotel is quiet, and the security doors we used all functioned properly. The outlet mall across the street is also going through a renewal phase. There are virtually no major retailers left in it, and the movie theater across the street is closed. We only stayed for one night, as a stopover on a long road trip.

Front desk clerk Shannon was to busy on her personal phone with her friend trying to help look for her dog, that she wasn't helpful with understanding the chargers on my bill. She referred me to call back and speak with a manager... Poor customer service
