Clean and quiet. Staff is helpful. Large comfortable room.

There was no breakfast at all even though it said it included a buffet breakfast. It also mentioned a hot tub and outdoor pool and the pool was completely drained and dirty and there was no hot tub at all. There was a piece of paper on the door with a written phone number for inquiries but no staff immediately at the front desk. The property details were very inaccurate.

The bedding also smelled terrible, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was not what I expected, and I would not stay at this hotel again or recommend it to others.

Booked months in advance, showed up to check in and no one was at the facility, a note on the door with a phone number to call, called 3 times and no one answered or called back. Had to go spend more money and book a different hotel in town at 2am with 2 small kids in tow after a 12 hour drive. And expedia can't get us a refund for it either. Literally just $125 gone forever for something we didnt get to use and caused even more stress. Will never ever stay here and will tell everyone I know not to book either. After reading reviews it looks like a horrible place with horrible staff. It's a good thing we have a positive attitude because that could have really been a damper on our only vacation of the year. Do not book this place unless you just want your money stolen.

Disappointed the pool was drained and no breakfast service as stated on the website. Was visiting family and thought the kids would be able to play in the pool. Rooms were ok and the manager helped at check in for one breakfast day for us to microwave in own room

The owner is rude and aggressive

The room was clean, but no amenities were available. No breakfast, no in room coffee maker, an empty pool and ice machine out of order. Luckily it’s near the donut shop for coffee

Rude hospitality, did not provide the amenities. It said it would. Smell of curry in the office and in the room. There was no breakfast.

We did not feel like loading back up and finding a room after a long days travel. The most disappointing experience of my travels ever.

This property has just changed hands and the new administration is trying to get organized. Maybe 6 months from now it will be better. In the mean while might as well keep driving to Redding. No descent restaurants either.

The sign was blacked out, the pool was empty with mud in the bottom. The lobby door was locked, we ended up staying at another hotel.

No breakfast, no pool, no hot tube

I booked the room at 6pm and arrived at 1:15 am. Note on office door to call a cell phone number. Called 6 times while parked in front of office. No one came and phone went to voicemail. Pretty angry.

Very clean and very quiet. Perfect reasonably priced place to stay.

The hotel indicated free breakfast on Expedia but there is no breakfast.

Although room was meh clean. Staff was very rude to my mom, you had to wait quite a while for toilet to refill, and no amenities. Pool closed, nothing in lounge not even hot water for tea. Shower was ok

The wifi password provided was hardly 7 letters long.It was not correct.
