Reviews
-
Great pool and workout room. Conveniently off the highway and the rooms on the lagoon side were pretty quiet. We would love to come here again to try the Living Waters Spa
-
Every thing was amazing. From check in to the pool to the rom and to breakfast. It was wonderful
-
The exterior of the property is start of the show, well maintained and all. The interior of the room we leaves much to be desired. We also had to request new pillows because the ones on the bed were filthy and prob not changed from the last guest… Word of advice, stay off the headboards when sleeping, the are gross. The showers were hot and nice. Tv was new. Everything else was fine

-
Great place. We enjoyed it
-
AC wasn't that good
-
Only stayed one night but the room was great and bigger than most hotel rooms that are in the same price range. The pool was nice but needed more chairs and tables.
-
We love staying at the Gaia. It is a very unique property under newer ownership. The grounds are lovely. The rooms are adequate as they are in the process of renovating them. The staff is terrific and the Woodside Grill (onsite restaurant) is wonderful in all aspects. It is very reasonably priced. The rooms are very clean.
-
Very clean and nice grounds.

The outside area of the hotel was very nice. The hotel room was clean and the staff were friendly.

Love this place. I stay here every time I go to Redding.
-
The water pond was nice. But the room wasn’t very clean. Carpet was extremely gross.
-
Beautiful property and very clean. Restaurant on site is nice, but expensive. Overall a very positive experience. I will be staying there again.
-
Staff helped us find a great swimming spot, the landscaping was beautiful, nice rooms, food was surprisingly good at the restaurant.
-
The room was very nice. Only stayed overnight so didn't get to checkout the amenities. Would stay again.
-
Dogs loved proximity to the lawn area, very nice stay, very clean room. The landscaping is a massive improvement, they have invested a lot here. Highly recommend, so close off the I5.

We arrived at the facility after 7pm, we was assigned a room that have not been cleaned. Fortunately, another room was available. The hotels rooms are arranged in pods. The under-irrigated exterior looks like a cheap motel, the ice machine is gross. We felt safe in the room, because it is not carpeted and the linoneum floor is very clean, The bed were very comfortable. There is no USB port in the room and the shampoo dispenser is barely hanging on the wall.
