The rooms were very clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It would’ve been helpful to have an elevator. We are in our 70s and 80s and would have really appreciated an elevator to our second floor room.

Location - just off freeway, in a quiet area. 10 minutes from restaurants Quite full and couldn’t park easily; WiFi unsecured; no ‘fan only’ option on HVAC

Stayed many times but not like this. Sirens and police cars and ambulances and running kids above us and banging and sounded like sawing in the next room all night long. There was blood stains on the sheets , and we were too tired to complain about that that night. There was a wedding at the back of the hotel, and maybe that caused some things. No hot water for our showers, just barely lukewarm. When we complained. A janitor went to check the hot water and fix it , but it was never fixed. We complained at the desk the next morning.And were just told that that staff wasn't there the night before, so they didn't know anything Goodbye. We are longtime Guests. We have been coming up quite a bit looking for a house here.

It’s pretty, the landscaping, fountain and coy pond are nice. I did not like how horrible the parking situation was, having to walk so far with a bunch of luggage after an exhausting travel day is definitely not ideal. The place kind of seems like an apartment complex that just so happened to be turned into a hotel, the setup is odd. The bathroom was small and dirty, very difficult to use the shower, and the lighting in the room was very cold jail lighting. Kind of depressing

Definitely an old property. I wouldn’t call it a 4 star hotel. The room smelt like urine. I couldn’t figure out if it was coming from somewhere in the room or if it was coming from the air conditioning unit. The window screen had a tear in it. The bed had an unusual (maybe human excitement) white stain on the box spring cover…

We had a very nice stay for 2 days at the hotel. Easy to find, nice rooms, comfortable beds. Dinner was very nice at the restaurant

The hotel grounds were beautiful. That our room we ordered wasn't ready and that they gave us a room that was not what we booked

Beautiful property, clean and spacious room, reasonable price. This was an overnight stay while travelling, so we didn't have the breakfast or really use any amenities, but I would definitely stay here again.
