Americas Best Value Inn Angleton

When first arriving to the property, it was easy to get checked in. Once i got into the room, i noticed, it was only 2 dry towels. No small face towels. Went to ask for towels and the staff said they ran out of towels. The housekeeper wasnt there and hasn’t been there. So i was handed the short half towels. I stayed there for 2 days. Was also told that the housekeeper, should arrive too, only to find out, they never came to get clean towels.

Location and price. Rooms are in need of a lot of updates, paint, bug spray, better air conditioning.

The staff was nice and the room was good The beds were hard as a rock and I didn't like the covers

Upon entrance lobby was empty for 20 minutes a cat was set up in the lobby with cans of food out on the floor. the “breakfast bar” was honeybuns and cosmic brownies. Cat in main lobby where people are supposed to grab food

Room had dirty linens and unmade bed. Mold was growing in the bathroom and in the bathtub. Surprised that they have not been shut down with the condition of this room.

Good hotels, peaceful, clean.

Convent location The mini fridge was leaking water inside and on the floor and did not stay cold, the room smelled like smoke,

I booked this location because it was close to the softball fields where my daughter played a tournament. Overall I was pleased. Room was clean and stocked. Staff was nice and genuinely asked about our experience. Ice machine worked great. Pool was open and clean. I couldn't connect to the WIFI. Staff provided password, but I guess my phone wouldn't cooperate. There were a few small roaches noticed on the property, but nothing major. Breakfast was only cereal or honey buns. I would recommend at least adding waffles.

The front desk took like about 30 minutes to come to the window, then said he couldn’t find my reservation, asked me for my ID and then when he was done he THREW it back at me. They went into the room once out of the 3 nights we stayed. And didn’t leave replacement towels, they took the used ones and left us with nothing. Luckily I had brought one from home.

Location to the courthouse The office had a cat walking freely around eating, drinking; says it has breakfast but it doesn’t, staff was not very personable or talkative always seemed distracted and gave half replied answers to questions; room had roaches, and one of the rooms bed sheets had stains on them

Bathroom needs updated and or cleaned better

Nice price and cold A/C. Breakfast was a joke [some cold cereal and some store muffins]. The bed was not the most comfortable. The bathroom was really tight w/ a screw head sticking up a bit from the floor joint between bathroom tile and main room flooring. The window [looking onto walk-way] only had a black out type blind; wo either everyone could look into the room or you got no natural light. room did not have much furniture, there was a place for a small table, but, instead, there was just an open space in the room.

Location was close to where I needed to be. Smelled bleach and the toilet was to low to the ground.

Damp, mildew odor. Rusted metal, dirty doors, black mold on ceiling. Front desk area smelled like cat urine.

like the flooring instead of carpet; linens on bed were clean and comfortable, however the bathroom needed a major cleaning, and there were tiny roaches on my bedside table when I turned the light on
