I didn’t appreciate the lady at front desk banging on my door accusing me of smoking marijuana in the room ! Because it was a lingering smell in the hallway ! I advised her I understand the rules , and there were no smoking or marijuana present in my room . I stated I did come from a party and she suggested I air out before coming in the hotel .Nobody elese door was beat on ! When I offered for her to come inside , she declined and stated no we will search the room later ! I was very confused why the search needed to take place when I wouldn’t be present !

Most services were closed...valet, spa. No adult pool time. Food below average considering the cost. Staff was exceptional!.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located close to the wedding venue we were attending, which made getting ready and getting back at the end of the night very easy. The breakfast was plentiful, and the check-in process was probably the easiest we’ve ever experienced — we walked in and they literally already had our room keys and paperwork ready for us. It almost felt like we did a fly-by at the front desk! We honestly did not have any complaints during our stay. Everything was clean, convenient, and well organized, and the staff made the experience very easy and enjoyable.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Longer Jacuzzi hours would’ve been nice, but not really a big issue. Staff was kind enough to let us stay out a few extra minutes before closing it.

The manger is very rude have been staying here since November and I have a service dog and she keeps asking questions about my service animal and she is very rude when she does ask questions I will no longer be staying here ever again

An appointment required us to miss breakfast. The arrangement of room made it difficult to use a chair to watch TV.

I'd stay again everything was nice and clean the receptionist he was a a nice gentleman everything was clean the room was excellent. Even the breakfast the next morning was nice a great variety. And yes we would stay again.

Everything was perfect but the sheet. A fluffier mattress cover and sheets would have made this trip absolutely perfect.
