Always pleased with the consistency of quality we have come to expect when we travel.

This is the only hotel I will say at when I come to ann arbor.

My room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient, just off 94 and near good coffee shops & restaurants.

As Hilton Honors members we like to stay at Hampton Inn, because they typically combine nice amenities and convenience, with a nice room for a mid-level price. We were please with everything except the room itself. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, the pillows smashed down to pancakes, both night stands had been altered for new wall mounted lamps (I think) and parts of them were leaning against the wall, the shower door caulk was discolored and coming off, the corners of the bathroom were not clean at all. The weirdest part was a single barn door that acted as a door for the bathroom and adjacent closet, so one of the two were constantly open and it did not stay closed when going across the bathroom! This door offered NO privacy at all, and even if it worked correctly, it offered very little as the doorway to the bathroom was never fully covered. I was disappointed to say the least in this hotel.

If you have a special request of this hotel, they apparently do not read the statements that are sent as a message to The hotel from for instance Expedia or any other travel agency that you sent a message from. You will have to call the property individually if you have a room Request. this hotel is amazing. We’ve always loved it. Rachel in the daytime is always dependable and always kind and considerate and does a fantastic job at keeping the patrons happy she should be the manager great breakfast comfortable beds clean rooms everything the way you need it Mary Mcvay

Updated facility and clean The tv doesn’t face the bed and you have to put your key card in a slot on the wall for the lights to work which is weird.

This is a lovely hotel, very clean. The staff is very pleasant and kind. The breakfast is great and I would highly recommend it. It is very reasonable and a good value for your Stay.

All went really well. Although the second day I believe the breakfast crew called in and the main desk person was scrambling to do the desk and breakfast...outside our second day breakfast slowdowns...it was good....they need a second waffle maker....major slowdown here.....outside of that...it was a great weekend at Hampton inn Ann Arobor West!!!

Easy access to the highway, great pool and hot tub. The flooring seemed a bit dirty and roughed up but otherwise the breakfast, facilities, staff and beds were great.
