Clean and cute hotel, we loved it!

Good option for value hotel room with pool and hottub perks. Room and common spaces clean. Breakfast as expected.

My room smelled like someone had smoked in there before and the fire alarm was covered with a bag. The smell lingered for a while. I would expect for staff to clean the room properly and deodorize unwanted smells for their next guests. This is the first time this has happened to me and I hope it’s the last. Other than that everything was cleaned properly.

Great staff and breakfast. Room and other amenities didn’t seem quite up to the price. Not bad, just not worth the price.

Super friendly staff. The room was really nice, clean, and quiet. Breakfast and coffee were just ok. Location was great. Plenty of parking.

My entire stay went great from check in to breakfast in the morning.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The pool and hot tub was nice. Our only real complaint was that the breakfast was subpar. The exterior was unkept but overall the room and stay was great!

Hotel was just okay. We had an issue with the door - the key card didn't seem to work, but apparently the problem was a low battery on the door pad? The front desk person told us to just push harder - had to put my shoulder into it forcefully every time I wanted to open the door.

Breakfast was good. Room heater/air conditioner was noisy

This is the only hotel I will say at when I come to ann arbor.

As Hilton Honors members we like to stay at Hampton Inn, because they typically combine nice amenities and convenience, with a nice room for a mid-level price. We were please with everything except the room itself. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, the pillows smashed down to pancakes, both night stands had been altered for new wall mounted lamps (I think) and parts of them were leaning against the wall, the shower door caulk was discolored and coming off, the corners of the bathroom were not clean at all. The weirdest part was a single barn door that acted as a door for the bathroom and adjacent closet, so one of the two were constantly open and it did not stay closed when going across the bathroom! This door offered NO privacy at all, and even if it worked correctly, it offered very little as the doorway to the bathroom was never fully covered. I was disappointed to say the least in this hotel.

If you have a special request of this hotel, they apparently do not read the statements that are sent as a message to The hotel from for instance Expedia or any other travel agency that you sent a message from. You will have to call the property individually if you have a room Request. this hotel is amazing. We’ve always loved it. Rachel in the daytime is always dependable and always kind and considerate and does a fantastic job at keeping the patrons happy she should be the manager great breakfast comfortable beds clean rooms everything the way you need it Mary Mcvay
