It was great. I wished I was staying for longer. Lots of room to sit in common areas that actually are private. And you don’t have to stay in your room the whole time. Very nice. Super comfy

Old dump. Needs to be torn down. Mgt. Invisable. It's in a good location, but not up to par with others in the area.

Okay for an overnight stay

The hotel was inexpensive but very tired. Would likely spend a little more next time.

Room small room right by outside door very loud when open and closed can’t really control air was all the way up breakfast was pretty good bed was comfortable

Room had a lingering smoke like smell even though it was a non smoking room.

When I arrived, there was a long line to check in. There was only one staff member and it took 40 minutes. She was flustered and did not program the access cards correctly. Had to go back and do it again. The lobby area had a very strong chemical smell from the indoor pool that was in the open and not enclosed. The hot tub was drained and unavailable. In our room the, the bathroom door would not close. There was a roach in the bathroom. The coffee maker was broken. The refrigerator was frosted over and needed to be thawed. I reached out to the virtual agent and got no response. When I went to check out in the morning, the person at the desk was using a laptop, did not make eye contact or say hello, and said "put your key in the bucket". I said I had a few concerns. I told her some of my concerns. She did not seem interested. I suspect she was a manager and not regular desk staff. On a positive note, there was plenty of parking and the bed was comfortable.

They couldnt check us in until almost 6pm even though all check out is at 11am. We spend a lot of money to have a room to just sleep in. Couldnt rven get ready like we planned and had to use a bathroom

Booked 2 nights, paid for patio room, the ac went out the 1st night, that room had rusted bathroom door and drain issues, no where to put clothes cause the handles were missing so couldn't open the drawers. Didn't get moved until 3 the next day after maintenance said he couldn't fix the ac. The new room was smaller on the second floor in the back. The hot tub hasn't worked since December, according to them they have staffing issues.

Posted check in time 3pm. Checked in 345pm. No room until almost 6pm. Had to move shuttle and be late to concert.

The hotel as a whole was nice, the staff was very friendly and the lobby was a great hang out space. The breakfast had a great selection as well. The one problem we did have though was what we think was bed bugs. 3 of the 4 residents woke up each morning with multiple itchy bumps and have swollen feet and ankles due to some sort of bite.

Hotel was dated

Upon arrival, there were 2 women working the check-in, however, only 1 was checking in. The other was literally standing there doing nothing and not helping check in, so the line was out the door, and I could not believe my eyes that this other woman not working seemed to be okay with it. The hotel was dated severely, and the room was not worth the ridiculous $600 (highly inflated for a concert, still BS IMO), if I were traveling and ran into this "Hotel", I would rather go back to the truck stop and sleep there for free... Sorry, I have stayed with this chain several times, and all the properties were great, but I would hard pass with this one.

Bar and restaurant weren't open.

Arrived at 3 pm for check in. Had to catch a van to our event at 4 and had food that needed to refrigerated. I was told that I couldn’t check in until 6-6:30. Had to throw my food away, dress in the lobby bathroom and pay $700 for that room. Didn’t check in until 1:30AM . Unacceptable!!

I would call this more of a motel than a hotel. It was apparent that an effort had been made to improve the room, but the vomit stain on the mattress peeking out under the fitted sheet was disgusting.

Hot tub out of order sign looks like it’s been there for about 10 years. Beds were hard. Pillows were good and room overall was updated. Good location but definitely a little ‘sketchy’ as my son said, ha!
