Overall good experince

Likes the reel in the open area. Has a unique look. The toilet in my room ran all night without maintenance nearby to fix. No air movement and warm near the breakfast area.

Very poorly maintained. We booked two rooms are they were far apart. One of the rooms was right in front of a wedding. There was water leaking down the front of the door. The bathroom door couldn't shut. The patio we oasis extra for was inside the lobby not ann exterior patio. The hot tub was broken and just an overall bad stay!

Our room didn’t have air conditioning. I asked receptionist and someone came over to reset the cooling unit and told us to wait for a little bit to cool if not then we need to reset ourselves which he showed us. We waited but didn’t work. We were so tired to get somebody again so we just slept but we were sleeping in sweat. It was very inconvenient. It was room 261.

It looks so spacious. Hot breakfast were good The rooms are ok. Staff are friendly

Our experience could not have been better. The staff was extremely helpful, accommodated all eight of us into two connecting rooms, even when they were not seemingly available. The breakfast was the absolute best breakfast we’ve ever had in a hotel, and the pool was clean and very warm. We will be making this our regular stop when in the area!

Close to amenities and attractions

Hot tub was digusting, the pool was equally gross. There was NO air conditioning in either of the rooms we booked. this was a terrible experience.

When I arrived, all the room locks were malfunctioning--this led to multiple trips to the desk and a room change (for me and other arrivals). And for me--every time I left my room all weekend, my key stopped working and I had to go back to the front desk. On asking for compensation for the continual inconvenience, the hotel and I came to an agreement, but because i paid via expedia--it's been very complicated. Expedia--I probably won't use your service again because of this. I shouldn't have to talk two parties and wait for them to come to an agreement when there is an issue. Good points: I liked the breakfast (basic, but plentiful) and the staff were very nice, especially given the circumstance.

It is a very old hotel that has been refurbished. It makes me think of those old motels - the door and then big windows. The a/c was not adjustable and the room was very warm.

check in was quick and efficient - room was well appointed with plenty of towels and washcloths. Bummer was no hot water for showers in morning. best we could do was luke warm water. Breakfast had good choices, including fruits, cereal, waffles, tater tots sausage and two scrambled egg varieties.

Stayed there the rooms were nice and clean went down to the pool

I loved the hotel, it was nice and quiet, the staff were very helpful . I did have an issue with the air conditioning in our room and they sent maintenance immediately to get the issue resolved . They also gave me a discount towards my stay. I would definitely go back .

The most unique aspect of this property is that the indoor pool is IN the first floor lobby! So be prepared for indoor humidity and noise during pool hours. Many rooms face the pool and have glass exterior walls with curtains! The design feels very dated and accessibility is an issue - stairs with no visible ramp to the breakfast bar. Staff was helpful, room was clean but amenities were few. In serious need of an update!

The front desk was understanding and helpful. The bathroom was extra small I would have to stand in tub to shut bathroom door, there was no room to use the sleeper sofa, there was a smell of cheap perfume engulfing the room upon arrival and the hot tub was non functional. Needless to say we did not stay and checked out ten minutes after checking in.

Great place for the price. Will be staying there again. Wasn’t able to see or use their pool but I was impressed on the look of the place

I did not like the fact that there was no window to open and that the porch ( a misnomer) led into an indoor courtyard

I think my stay was worth it for the price, but you kind of get what you pay for. The bedding had stains on it, room smelled like people smoke in it, the AC barely worked, TV quit working for a day randomly and then began working again, floor was sticky. It was the kind of place that I didn't want to walk around barefoot or touch stuff without washing my hands right after. I stayed for 4 nights and not once did housekeeping come into my room to clean/exchange towels, I had to go to the front desk to get more towels. The pool was alright, could probably use some renovation, but it served its purpose. Hot tub was out of service. Walls seem paper thin, can hear anyone walking down the hall and can hear your neighbors easily.

This place is great! Very clean and nice. Modern look and good quality breakfast
