Continental breakfast was subpar, especially for this type of property. Everything else was top notch.

A little unique when checking in, as there is no actual front desk. But the location is amazing. Very quiet and safe. And the Main Street with ALL the food and shopping just 2 blocks down, The hotel itself is super charming and beautiful! No complaints here The entire stay was uber relaxing and picture perfect.

The common spaces and the lovely tea set up with food We also were the only people staying on the Sunday and had the whole house to ourselves, which was kind of amazing! Really nothing. They need to make sure to not overcharge...

Beautiful, quiet room with a gorgeous bathroom. Was not welcomed upon arrival, steward decided to continue a 15 minute long conversation with her boss. The Black Pearl was not open… even tho it was advertised as open and mentioned in my Welcome letter upon checkin. We also got locked out of our bathroom and had to contact the proprietor for help.

The property is absolutely beautiful! The amenities are very clean. Love the Speak Easy in the basement. The staff, especially Rebecca, were fantastic! DNA

The hotel itself is stunning, beautifully designed with a lot of attention to aesthetics. I was excited for a boutique luxury experience, but unfortunately, the service didn’t quite match the “luxury” label. The room itself was a good size and nicely furnished, but we ran into a few service hiccups. For example, we had to ask three times for an extra blanket. At one point, someone even told us we could just go into the linen room ourselves to grab what we needed which is not exactly the five-star concierge experience we expected. There was no in-room coffee or tea and was only available in the lobby which felt like a small but noticeable miss. Also, the valet is run by a third party and no one mentioned the pricing until after we used it. It ended up being slower and more expensive than expected (at one point it took over 10 minutes for them to retrieve our car), and we could’ve easily parked on the street ourselves.
