Check in was a bit confusing since it was at a different property. Otherwise a great stay!

Great location to historical areas. Great restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were spacious. Staff were great. Plenty of free parking near hotel. Would absolutely stay here again!!

The hotel and room was clean.

Possible renovation needed. Maryland Inn. Dated rooms, smell mold in air but ok. Saw a few roaches. Unmanned building and felt a little uncomfortable with an old door and key entry. Staff was great though....from Valet to front desk to maintenance. Might try a different location in Annapolis of the 3. A little expensive for the condition of the place.

Beautiful balance of historic charm and nice upgades

Friendly staff! Only issues found were dirty elevators from ceiling to floor -- a vacuum and carpet cleaning would take care of it.
-
Right in the center of Annapolis. You can walk to everything. Gorgeous rooms.
-
Then it's an extra $50 a day for them to park your car.....after all that ended up being very pricey. Just beware of the add on fees. Definitely in center of town.

Very nice room. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom was clean and a good size. Staff was top notch from the valets to the front desk. The location was convenient to shops, historical sites and restaurants. You won't need your car until you want to check out the rest of the Annapolis area, away from old towne. Would recommend without hesitation.

We stayed at the Maryland Inn which doesn’t have a front desk and I think this has an affect on the overall level of care taken at this property. First of all, check in was confusing- we arrived at the hotel only to be directed to another address 2 blocks away by a sign by the locked door. We checked our bags at the main hotel because our room wasn’t ready and returned after a busy day to retrieve our bags and get our room keys and finally check into our room at the Maryland Inn. When we got there, the elevator was not working- our room was on the 4th floor. Carrying our luggage up 4 flights of stairs after being out in 100 degree temperatures all day is torture! It was an incredibly hot weekend and the window air conditioning was not working well either. We were ready to leave but, my husband is handy and he knew to check the filter which was probably never ever cleaned. After we cleaned it in the shower, the room cooled down considerably! The batteries in the tv remote were dead also. The elevator was fixed later the following day but the hotel never offered any reparations for the inconvenience. It IS a historic property which does come with its charm and challenges. I see the biggest challenge being no on-site management.

Really cool place with great historic vibe, even a room with a glass floor to show an archaeological dig under the building; amazing location; beautiful court yard. Loved everything about it. We’ll be back!

The property was clean and well maintained for such an old building, but our room had a strange odor and a giant loud dehumidifier. The tv was also old without hd channels. The only elevator was out of order after some people set off the fire alarm and sprayed the fire extinguisher which made it tough to haul our bags down from the 4th floor. Location was great.

Easy check in, easy valet, great location. Overall, very nice stay!

The room was very dark. No outside window in our room.

Excellent hotel! I would definitely stay there again. Perfect location within walking distance to everything you would want to see. The staff was friendly. The only complaints I would have if you use a gym you may have to walk to another building. Also, the valet parking is expensive $55 for one night.
