Candlewood Suites Apex Raleigh Area by IHG

Great location and central to everything. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the down pillows. It was a great value for what we needed. Dog friendly.

One of the two rooms I booked had an active German cockroach infestation. We were moved to another room that was insect-free but it was unsettling spending the whole trip wondering if a roach would be hitching a ride home in our luggage. The room we relocated to was under a room that included children who spent a good part of each day jumping off the beds and running in circles. The second room we booked smell like animal urine, which seemed to be soaked into the hallway carpet. Wouldn't book here again.

Every single staff member was friendly coming and going, they spoke, they were very nice. The facilities were clean. I had my dog and everything was exceptional.

First time staying at a Candlewood Suites. Associate that checked me in was very polite; asked if I wanted a lower or upper room. In the room, I like that they had a kitchen area. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I would stay at a Candlewood Suites again.

Kim was exceptionally helpful! She got me a room at the adjoining property, the Holiday Inn Express as there were no rooms here for my length of stay. I never actually stayed here

Welcoming staff, clean, free laundry washer and drier, sufficient gym, convenient to shopping and expressway access. Have stayed here many times.
