Concierge very helpful

AC in my room was loud and annoying.

The property had drunk people passed out on the concrete when I walked out to leave the next morning the room furniture looks old and worn out

Staff was very helpful and was a great stay.

The rooms were large and clean, the staff was very helpful. We were celebrating my husband's birthday, and they let us decorate. Everyone was very nice. We had two rooms for four days--no complaints.

The room was ok the area wasn’t bad and they do have breakfast.

The room was perfectly adequate. I needed to use the internet and it did not link up the way that you would expect. I called the front desk and they told me curtly that I could bring my device to the front desk for help if I couldn’t do it myself. Since I do not normally have any problem connecting with the internet , I thought their sharp tone was uncalled for. I will try the hotel across the street next time I am in town because I think that the front desk should be welcoming. This is a hospitality industry, after all.

Easy to check in and very pleasant staff. Room was clean. The carpet in the hallway was loose. The parking and room felt secure.

We checked in a 1:00 AM Checked out at 8AM. It was a short stay but a good place to stop and rest. The breakfast buffet was a nice convenience, and the front desk was there when we arrived at 1:00 AM

It was nice. It was close to where we had our appointment. Nothing bad to say.

Ashley welcomed us with a friendly smile the evening we arrived and immediately attained a shower stool for our room when I requested one (the standard room happened to have no hand rails). Our room was not fancy and will not win any design awards, but it was very clean, efficient, and the bed was VERY comfortable. Despite being near a highway, we could not hear traffic, and best of all, the AC was quiet and smooth. The cleaning staff was also friendly. Will stay again when we visit our family here. Good value!

Was great

Shower was a bit difficult to manage. Breakfast of muffins and waffles? Nah. Didn't bother. For more than $100, I expect something more than that or cereal. I just slept, woke up and left, so there was nothing special about it.

Two front desk clerks were extremely helpful, room was clean, and the amenities were great. thank you
