Quality Inn & Suites Apex - Holly Springs

This is a great place to stay. It’s conveniently located near shopping & dining. It’s set back from the road, so road noise isn’t an issue. Through 3 stays, this place seems to attract guests that are quiet & not up late. The property is clean, well maintained, and the staff is friendly. My only complaint is that the mattresses are rather soft. I prefer firmer, but it’s easy to look past. Price is reasonable.

A terrible case of bed bugs , I got bit all night.

The room smelled old & like mildew. The bathtub needs to be repainted. The refrigerator door not opening all the way. Was dragging the floor half way open. The bathroom door had a door stopper to hold the door open. It was little nets flying around. I wouldn't stay here ever again. I'll sleep in my car first.

I'll start by saying that the staff was excellent and very helpful. The location of the hotel is also very convinient and close to Apex/Holly Springs. However, we noticed that it was not very well cleaned. The bathroom backsplash had toothpaste splatter, sink handle had a sticky substance on it, trash under the bed, stains on carpet, and torn furniture. I'm not a high-end guy and realize that this is a cheap hotel, but I did hope it would be cleaner and better maintained than it was.

First not smelling good…The shower was dirt…the floor was dirt…this hotels need maintenance…this hotel is abandoned…this hotel isn’t even 1 rated…do not recommended!

Front desk receptionist her name is Ashley. She's amazing. She helped us with directions etc. She's very good. Even took pictures of me and my friend. Thank you.

The property had drunk people passed out on the concrete when I walked out to leave the next morning the room furniture looks old and worn out

The rooms were large and clean, the staff was very helpful. We were celebrating my husband's birthday, and they let us decorate. Everyone was very nice. We had two rooms for four days--no complaints.

The room was ok the area wasn’t bad and they do have breakfast.

The room was perfectly adequate. I needed to use the internet and it did not link up the way that you would expect. I called the front desk and they told me curtly that I could bring my device to the front desk for help if I couldn’t do it myself. Since I do not normally have any problem connecting with the internet , I thought their sharp tone was uncalled for. I will try the hotel across the street next time I am in town because I think that the front desk should be welcoming. This is a hospitality industry, after all.

Easy to check in and very pleasant staff. Room was clean. The carpet in the hallway was loose. The parking and room felt secure.
