Our room had a clogged toilet when we arrive, so they switched us right to another room. There’s hotel decor is dated, but seemed clean enough. There’s construction nearby (July 2026), but it didn’t cause delays for us. The beds were very comfortable.

This is a middling hotel brand. The room layout was very odd with a front windowless room with fluorescent bulbs at the desk. The bathroom was showing its age. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked!

The location is great. Its a very worn out building.

Good hotel. Enjoyed my stay.

The room was very nice but the carpet in the hallway was very dirty.

Great hotel to stay in

Our room smelled very badly of smoke. We had to go ask for a room spray. The hotel was pretty run down. Our bathroom had a drop ceiling with stained ceiling tiles. We had no soap in our bathroom - had to go ask for it.

Staff at check in was very nice. Room had a smell, and the carpet seemed damp. TV did not work. Had two conditioner and no shampoo. At breakfast there were no forks available and no one around to replace. It was a lower cost hotel, but I have stayed at others in the area for same cost with much better outcome.

The hotel was generally clean and functional, although it showing a little bit of age. The elevator is a little slow. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the breakfast was a nice amenity.

There were water stains on the ceiling in the bathroom that did not look fresh. There were dark dirty handprints on the elevator door. I was at breakfast 6 minutes after it opened and there was 1 coffee cup in the rack, the pancake mix was empty, and there were almost no eggs in the warmer. The property served its purpose, but was below average for its ratings. I would not stay here again.

The property and rooms are dingy. The room in particular was very dirty, with the only clean thing being the sheets. The shower drain was clogged and didn’t drain, so simply turning the water made the tub fill up in seconds. This is a motel and is expensive for what it is.

One room was awful, stunk like mold and VERY musty, carpet was filthy and in 2nd room i reserved as well, GROSS!!!. Pool area was gross, water was ICE cold, walls by hottub looked moldy and dirty, hottub itself looked moldy around outside, was gross Breakfast was great, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will not go back again. Price for 2 rooms for one night was RIDICULOUS for room conditions/cleanliness and pool area conditions also

Nice place

A few years ago, our family stayed here and it was great. When we stayed here recently, the hotel seems to be in disrepair. The elevator is falling apart. The rooms were as clean as they could be but there were stains on the carpet and the bathroom tub wouldn't drain while you showered. I asked for a crib/pack n play for our infant and they never brought it to our room and we argued with the front desk staff that they ever even had one to lend us. We had to buy our own to use unfortunately. Definitely disappointed with our stay and we will not be staying here again.

Make the entrance more welcoming. And the awful smell when I walked in. Maintenance room needs to close. Appearance is very important. Hallways had an awful smell too.

Property needs a "refresh"

Located in the center of Apply Valley trash buildup in the evening. Seems like the staff could have emptied the two main trash cans in the lobby.

The room was awful… wet floor and carpet, fridge not clean, outlet didn’t work, ants all over the bathroom. Breakfast was a joke. Never will I return
