Our exterior door would NOT latch properly. It would take about 5 hard slams to get it shut. Then we just used the deadbolt inside. Half of kitchen table and floor were so sticky, my husband’s socks stuck to them. He tried to clean it up….but even No kitchen hand towels. We had to take a shower in over the ankle water because it was NOT draining properly. And it took less than 5 minutes for it to back up. And I discovered my towel was dirty/stained only after I had dried off from the shower. We told front desk person that morning about 9:00. She just said sorry. Nothing was fixed when we got back to room. We told the next desk at checking out time and all he said was sorry. That isn’t good enough. FIX THE PROBLEMS! No offer to change rooms or a little discount.

I have been going to this property for over a decade. It has gone down hill. The rooms are getting shabby and maintenance on them isn’t adequate. The kitchens are not stocked with towels and clothes and the showers need work. As for the breakfast, it also has gone down hill. Time to find a new place.

Yesterday’s breakfast was almost gone and not very hot (eggs) even though we arrived in the middle of the time it was being served. Today’s breakfast (biscuits and gravy) the biscuits were doughy like they came out of the oven too soon.

Booked 2Q/sofa bed room. Needed sofa bed because we had 6. Problem: sofa bed wired shut. Their solution was to lend us an air mattress. Not impressed! Don’t advertise that a room sleeps 6 if it doesn’t. Dishonest!!!

Front desk Staffing not there see sleeping in the laundry room and ring the bell to many times and no answer even other guests keep calling the staff and no answer. Room to many damage and breakfast they use a very cheap Styrofoam plates that can cause cancer.

Large clean room with newer finish. Good breakfast.

This is a typical hotel. Nothing special. The room was mostly clean. But the pull out couch would not be used. The ac was not quite functioning.
-
Room was in subpar condition. We needed to use pull out couch, there was a sign in the couch not to pull it out as it was broken. This was after we were given sheets that the front desk. Door Saftey latch was broken, smoke alarm hanging by wires, living room phone didn’t work, peep hole was broken in inside and tp was shoved inside. No fan to vent bathroom. The solution for the broken couch was an air mattress, it immediately deflated was given another that deflated over night. Night person tried to help, hotel was booked, day time less helpful. Hotel is dated, pool was unusable due to number of kids, pool deck flooded due to over full pool. AVOID. Hotel refused to help, Expedia tried but no other rooms in area.

Great place to stay

The staff were surprised that I wanted my room cleaned two days in a row😳 the breakfast on Sunday is a disaster as it’s just biscuit and gravy without protein and when I complained to the staff about it they couldn’t do anything.

No internet, rooms weren't the cleanest
-
My stay was good.

Our air conditioning wasn’t working correctly and it was extremely hot in our room. They brought us a fan and the air conditioner finally cooled it down by the morning we were to check out. It was a miserable night.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. They really made the stay. The room could use some updating. Especially the bathroom but it wasn’t terrible.
