The room was pretty good, but the breakfast could use some work. For us and three kids, it was good for what we needed.
-
Th room arrangement was strange and the furniture, in a rather large suite, was minimal. The lighting was dim with an absence of lamps in places that made sense, such as near the couch and small chair. There was no desk. If you sat on the couch, you could not see the television. I'm glad I only had to stay one night.

every thing was great
-
Dirty room, black mold on ceiling in shower, tv remote was broken, etc. Not worth the price!
-
Countertop was sticky, floors were sticky, breakfast would be nice if there were gluten free options, and if they refilled things, such as biscuits - they filled them and they were imeadtly empty and weren't replaced

Parking

I liked the room it was clean and mostly well maintained other than the paint falling off ceiling in the shower. Parking was good. Plenty of places close by if you need food or toiletries.

Perfectly good hotel for 1 night. Pros: staff was super helpful, friendly and responsive, and room was comfortable, spacious and functional. Cons: the wifi was painfully slow, so if I was looking for an extended stay, I'd hesitate to stay here if needing reliable wifi.

My overall stay was good nothing to rave about. Check in was meh so to the young lady at the front desk having a flat affect, she did tell us that we could check in early for a fee. The young man that works evenings at the front desk was absolutely the best person working, his smile, helpful attitude and bubbly personality made asking questions worthwhile. He laughed and talked with us and asked if there was anything he could do for us. We never got a chance to use the pool as there were children in the pool and hot tub and not a lot of room left. Our bathroom floor was dirty as it had hairs all over the floor and on the soap dish, the dishwasher had silverware left in it and a bowl was not properly cleaned. The hotel has an old mildew smell to it so we bought plug in air fresheners for a better smell. The beds slept comfortably so that made me feel better. The restaurant in the hotel had great food. My overall stay was okay and I would stay again I would just make sure that things are a bit more tidy!

The bed was extremely comfortable.

The staff was incredible. Nathan, Josh and David were incredibly helpful when a family emergency arose. So thankful that they were so accommodating of my needs and my changes to my plans. Absolutely 5 star service from them.

There was a little mold in the corners of our bathroom, there was no hair dryer, we had to ask for one. There are no bars in the bathroom which we thought were standard, my husband gets dizzy spells and with no bars to hang on to he didn't feel safe on his feet. Staff was great checking in, however when we checked out a receipt was not offered.

Breakfast could’ve been better

Got upgraded at arrival. Everything was nice!

Loved the room was nice had 2 TVs a couch and a kitchen. Loved the staff they were extremely nice and helpful. The pool only goes to 4ft but still enjoyed it

The staff was helpful but shorthanded. My TV's did not work. The desk clerk was the only person on call. He was able to get them working. I ran out of kleenix and the desk clerk was not able to get me a replacement ... she said they were totally out. The plates in the cupboard were very dirty. I tried washing them, but they were so crusted that I gave up.

This was a terrible upkept property. The couch in the room was broken so we could not us as a bed. The dead bolt was broken so did not work. The towel bar in the bathroom was broken so could not hang our towels to dry on it. The remote for the TV bith if them worked on only TV in bedroom so TV in main room was worthless could not use. The pool was super small not much bigger than the hot tub. The breakfast left a lot to be desired also. Only one kind of breakfast cereal (cheerios) and rest of selection not much better. I did report this to the front desk there was no concern guessing they were well aware of the listed problems above. Will not rent here again the worst place I have ever stayed by far. Was looking for a decent hotel for us to stsy in when we visit regularly in the area this is not it. At best a 5 rating but probably less.

Stayed 3 nights, our room was not serviced once. They have an escalating room rate, the 3rd night was almost $200 and was definitely not worth it.
-
Housekeeping never came to the room once in 5 days. Internet was incredibly slow, and no drawers of any kind to put away clothing. Never received an invoice after checkout.

The kitchen was all but useless having no utensils to speak of, what so ever, so it didn't help at all having a kitchen. The whole hotel smells heavily of Marijuana, so be prepared to explain what that smell is when traveling with young children. There were kids running up and down the halls screaming late into the night. I believe a basketball team must have also been staying at the same time as us. Parents were drinking in the common area not attending to their wild children. We didn't have enough linens. Location was very helpful for the sporting event we were attending that weekend, far closer than driving back and forth from home. We ended up needing to eat out anyway, even though we booked a hotel specifically because we could could utilize a kitchen. The staff were kind, but the front desk wasn't always attended.
