Very safe, well lighted, being able to park next to hotel was awesome and being downtown you could walk everywhere! The restaurant and bar were closed Sunday and Monday! Really inconvenient to try to find a place for hot breakfast Monday morning! When booking was not informed of this!

It was ok...the rooms was seemed small, and having to pay for parking seems unnecessary.

To find a boutique hotel in the middle of downtown was a treat. The staff were over the top helpful. Restaurant service and food were excellent. The serene, old world ambiance is a special treat amid the hustle and bustle of the city.

The place was old , dirty , musty and very outdated. The carpet was disgusting. I had no Kleenex and no water pressure at all. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at

It was a wonderful stay, we were only there for a brief night. The only drawback is the parking.

The spa is no longer there, despite being advertised. The restaurant has a very limited menu and does not offer room service, rather room delivery (think to-go containers). The lobby is drenched in an awful, headache-inducing perfume that makes it intolerable. The rooms are wonderful, as is the location, which is why we enjoyed staying there for many years before the recent changes listed above.

Great hotel really clean

The location is great! The overall look is also fantastic. The rooms are very small. The parking lot tickets were well explained by staff but didn’t work. No water bottle fillers on upper floors. Water pressure was awful and the shower head (in room 403) was not working correctly. Construction noise was wild! But the staff explained it clearly and it stopped at the promised time so that didn’t factor into my scores.
