Room was very tight. The king size bed was literally a foot and a half away from the dresser so two people could not pass in the room at the same time. The lighting in the bathroom was absolutely horrible, there’s a makeup near there but it didn’t offer much help being able to see myself the way I need to getting ready. The mattress needs to be replaced on the bed, my husband was sinking into his side of the bed, my side wasn’t as bad. I actually took a photo of it. Televisions are outdated, do not offer any streaming channels. So the hotel itself was nice, courteous staff, we were quite disappointed in the room.

Always great!

The restaurant at the hotel was very cute and had AMAZING FOOD and COCTAILS.
-
The carpet is old but maintained clean. Could be replaced.

absolutely awesome property, people, and vibe. The robes in room are lovely, the beds are plush, every single item in the room feels high quality. I stayed there with my service dog and they even offer a pet package with a dog bed, bowls, and very cute welcome notes with information on dog parks in the area. I loved this place through and through. I prefer when hotel rooms have a small bottle of lotion available. this is a small request.

We were there for Oshkosh - the busiest time of the year. The hotel is situated in downtown Appleton a very popular choice for GA pilots who prefer to avoid the busy Wittman Field airspace during the show. The hotel offers very comfortable rooms and reasonable rates and is walking distance from many restaurants and cafes in downtown. The staff is nice and accommodating. Overall good value for the money! No breakfast room but the hotel offers a breakfast box for $7. There's a restaurant and bar at the hotel. Would have been nice to use them for breakfast as well. I'm sure people would pay more for a decent breakfast!

This is our favorite hotel in Appleton, very convenient, reasonably priced.
-
Shower door wouldn’t stay open and faucet handle fell off.
-
Fantastic location in downtown Appleton! Easy parking in the public lot adjacent to the hotel and also plenty of metered parking on the street. The staff were very friendly and professional. Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We would definitely return!

Nice hotel

Overall not bad at all, but…Restaurant & bar closed Sunday. No Monday AM breakfast. $25 charge for 2 hr early check in. Overnite parking $6 in adjacent city ramp. $10 charge for weekday overnite parking. Quiet clean room and friendly staff.
-
Time to replace the carpets. They looked tired. Consider at least offering free bottled water in the rooms. I get the mini bar… but c’mon. Hilton was at the same price point and had an airport shuttle. If someone asks for a quiet room, perhaps the ground floor is not the best.

My room was exceptionally dark. I've never stayed in hotel room that was so dark.
-
The traffic noise on College Ave was awful and didn’t stop until 1am. Not the hotels fault but it impacted our stay.
-
Clean, convenient, reliable, friendly comfortable!
-
Clean comfortable room, good location.

The property’s location and furnishings are of good quality. The toilet seat was broken, the toilet was very dirty, and this is now the second time that I paid double for parking. The front desk informed me it was $6 for parking. After staying there last week and paying $12, I confirmed again before this stay that it was supposed to be $6, which they verified. Despite this… I was charged $12 again.

Close to the PAC
-
Very safe, well lighted, being able to park next to hotel was awesome and being downtown you could walk everywhere! The restaurant and bar were closed Sunday and Monday! Really inconvenient to try to find a place for hot breakfast Monday morning! When booking was not informed of this!
-
It was ok...the rooms was seemed small, and having to pay for parking seems unnecessary.
