Everything was excellent

We traveled as a family with two young kids and saw the hotel advertised and reviewed as a good fit for families. Our experience was that the hotel was situated on a street with loud traffic throughout the night, and adjacent to a row of bars that played loud music, audible from the room, from 9 pm to 2 am. We believe there are quieter rooms in the hotel, and the staff did try to find a better option, however there were none available. On our way out at 6am to the airport, we passed by another guest outside of the elevator who had apparently passed out there the night before. These are individual experiences and believe that other stays at the hotel may be perfectly nice, however we wanted to share this for those looking for hotels as families in the area.

Beds were very uncomfortable, bathroom could have been cleaner, and the noise level was absolutely ridiculous. Who puts guests in a room, with an outdoor window next to a bar that doesn't close until 230am ?! Did not get a wink of sleep ! The Club House wait was unbelievable and it wasn't even busy ! May need to think twice about booking this place in the future !

The room was nice and staff was very nice , I was disappointed I found a half empty water bottle at the head of the bed by the night stand , and the shower did have a few mildew stains but overall it was a clean well maintained hotel, location is great , parking is good , they have a Starbucks and their own restaurant , but a voucher for eating there for one meal at least would be nice, but since it is down town Appleton there are lots of other places to go also .

Great location when visiting for October Fest. Easy to walk to all events and easy to get back to.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Room was super clean and very nice as well.

The rooms are clean and spacious although I wish there was brighter lighting. This is my second time there, and I hope to be back again whenever I’m in Appleton.

Very nice hotel in great, central, location

Really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was beautiful, including the room! We stayed for Irish fest and was a short and easy walk to the festival grounds. Will definitely be back!

However, I believe that we may have been in a recently refurbished wing, because my cousins who were in another wing told us that their room was really run down and not up to the Hilton standard. As an example, their room didn’t have an actual closet, but a clothing rack of some kind, which apparently collapsed when they put their coats on it.

The hotel is very nice, but the walls are paper thin. If you have a room over the lobby, you will hear the music playing all night long. If it over the street, you will hear the street noise. People talking in the hall sound like they are right next to your bed
