This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. The staff is friendly and the property is very clean. . It’s located close to many restaurants and the beach. We would definitely stay again.

The room was nicely maintained, and it was wonderful to be so near the pool. My daughter truly enjoyed her stay, making the experience even more special.

Had a great time love the fish in the pond the beautiful Koi if it was good

Loved our visit. Use to come here when i was younger! Everyone from hotel to restaurant staff was amazing!!!

The Seacliff Inn is located right next to Highway one. To go to the beach you will have to go over Highway one. There are a lot of restaurants, coffee, places, and SAFEWAY grocery store nearby. The property is nice and has a small lawn area to play cornhole and other games on. Rooms were nice, but nothing spectacular. Beds are comfortable, but not super soft. Staff at Hotel are not very Customer oriented. Things happen really randomly like we had the maid clean our room at 4 PM one day. They don’t tell you at the beginning if they will clean your room or not. However, we found cleaning staff and maintenance to be very friendly and helpful. We stayed here from Friday until Monday. Almost every evening there was some kind of party going on until sometimes two or three in the morning. Dogs were barking, doors being slammed, constantly radio playing in middle of night. None of the staff at the hotel asked them to quiet down at All. I would not recommend this place if you want a place to relax and enjoy a vacation.

Yuck. Would never book this hotel again. A very dated property inside and out and way too expensive based on those factors

Property was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location wasn't as close to the beaches as I thought however it wasn't too far. I was hoping for walking distance, but we definitely had to drive. Bathroom was a bit small. Overall, my family and I would go back. It was comfortable.

Longer pool times. Pool should be open earlier and close later

This property “nickel and dime” you to a huge extent- if you want milk for your morning coffee in the room it’s charged as extra even though we had prepaid for breakfast. You are given only 2 plastic half n half packets in the room and no tea bags. Parking is 15$ extra even though you can’t arrive by any other means and the car park is very big and nearly empty. Breakfast was charged at 58$ which is full menu price, for 2 of us in advance, but after we were finally seated, we were told that we could only have one choice for that pre-charged amount - the American breakfast and coffee or OJ. No pancakes or avocado toast or burritos… we wouldn’t have booked it and paid in advance if we had known. Room WiFi would have been charged as extra unless you joined the Hilton honors program (we did!) . We had paid 309$ for a room for 2 people so these add-on charges seem really excessive. The pool garden was really smelling like sewage; when I asked they said that they were having a problem with the sanitation and it was being serviced later today. They seem understaffed or poorly managed, not sure which.

Easy parking and close to shops and restaurants

Clean room. Great property. Amazing Hikes close by. We Love a pool, hot tub and room service!
-
Lovely grounds including koi pond, clean and comfortable rooms, restaurant was pricey but good.

Price and quality did not match
-
Paying for water is dumb. Paying to park nightly in a private lot you own is a money grab to keep my "refundable" deposit. Shenanigans. No free coffee? No perks? Some establishment, y'all have, some establishment. Good luck with all of that.

We had a few bumps in the road getting into our room but the supervisor was very helpful. The girl that checked us in was great. The room was great and we were right by the pool entrance which was awesome. Thanks for a great trip.
