Evelyn, the manager, and Daisy who was there for our check in, were both wonderful, kind and helpful! It is the excellent location & staff that have me coming back time and time again!

Coffee is offered at the office. Had to wait till they opened to get coffee. BBQ area nice. Pool was cleaned daily. Close to beach

The location to the beach is fabulous! The room was a good size and looked like it had recently been updated. There was a microwave and refrigerator. Nice balcony with chairs and table. The ceiling fan was nice to circulate the air in the room. The onsite parking is very nice. I like to enjoy a cup of coffee while getting ready in the morning and the lack of a coffee maker or even cups in the room to make my own was missed. The new check-in process is totally contactless which is interesting since we had a bit of problem with our code to get our room keys and parking pass. Miss the personal contact with someone to greet us and answer questions.

Expectations were low given the star rating. While the staff were nice, the room was poorly maintained, the only amenity was mediocre coffee in the lobby, and our ceiling fan hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, at least. Others in our group, staying in other rooms, also had issues.

The staff was very accommodating to me during my stay.

We love this family friendly property. Close enough to walk to the beach!

Location Room smelled terrible, like mold and bleach

Location Pool should be heated. Pool towels tiny. Floors could be cleaner. They always had a breakfast room with complimentary breakfast items. No longer there.

Location, comfy beds, that's all. non-sliding back door - needs to be replaced. No drinking glasses in room.

The bathroom was pretty dirty

What a great find! Stayed with friends! Great location to the beach, cute coffee shop around the corner. Great outdoor courtyard with grills and heated pool and spa. Kid friendly. The only thing missing is a coffee maker in the room and a propane fire pit would be perfect outside. Will defiantly come back.

very thin walls, noisy neighbors kept us up for a while. loud trucks started up at 2:30 am and again at 5:30 am right outside our room window. while the rooms are very spacious, the overall stay was not very enjoyable due to all the noise.

Size of room. Hot tub and pool. Had to request coffee pot and bring our own utensils and plates for kitchen

Location is the best, place is clean & outdoor areas well kept. Bathrooms are small but the location & staff are worth dealing with no counter space!

The rooms are always very clean and staff is very helpful. It's just a short walk to the beach which is a big plus. We have stayed there for the past 3 years, and it's always been great.
