Seascape Beach Resort

Tons of space in our two story, two bedroom unit, and proximity to the beach is excellent. However, the entire property inside and out is somewhat dated, and the restaurant is so-so. Fine for a 3 star property.

I was booked a villa with two bedrooms and given a two stories and I was informed that they will send steps gates since she saw ai have two toddlers. We waited all night and the day after we were informed it was a wrong info and they dont have gates for steps, so for safety they changed our room. It was inconvenient but we had no choice. The new room wasn't as good as our original room.

Overpriced. I was not aware of the daily $75 “resort fee.” Location was beautiful. Condo carpet needs replaced. Staff were helpful.

This place is old! It really needs to be completely redone. The setting is beautiful, I just don’t understand why they have let the property go. It was expensive too. We were disappointed.

For check-out, cleaning staff came to the room at 9am (for an 11:30am checkout) and seemed pressing to want us out so they could clean before check out time.

The place was great. For the price paid, one would expect quite a bit more. Pool decks should be re-done. $300 for s'mores on the beach? Would stay again but is for certain over-priced.

Overall the property was great, the staff was attentive and the facilities were nice. Just dissapointed that the bed/pillows were extremely uncomfortable and there was a strong curry odor once we got in the room.

Very large room, beautiful view, easy amenities across the street Had to drive in traffic to get places, but we knew that.

It has clean and update rooms. Staff are very friendly.

Drains were clogged in the sink and shower, getting backed up if you turned on any water.

Wish we had complementary free breakfast with the prices being so expensive for rooms.

The kitchen was fully equipped. The villas were spacious, modern and spotless The one caveat was trying to sync our streaming accounts to the tvs. But we still enjoyed a movie night with what was provided. We will definitely love to stay again!

The pool was a hit, and while we didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant this time, that’s just another excuse to come back. The only thing we weren’t crazy about was the gym. It was pretty crowded, and the woman at the front desk wasn’t the friendliest. Other than that, everything was fantastic. We made great memories, got to relax, and left wishing we had booked a few more days. We’ll definitely be back, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun family getaway!

It was clean comfortable

If you have a family it is the most convenient and kids have fun at resort and dont really need to go elsewhere. Nothing i didnt like about property. It was great.

Room and views were amazing! Staff is always helpful and fast. The best thing was parking! A whole designated garage with elevators!

Memories to last a lifetime . We stayed at their 2 bedroom villa with partial view of the ocean and overlooking one of the pools . They have a total of 3 . Our fav part is getting a ride to the beach via golf cart service that the resort provides and swimming at their heated pool til 10pm . A must was purchasing a bonfire and s’mores kit to enjoy with the family . Overall this is the place to come for full relaxation and family time .

Great place to relax and enjoy with the family. Friendly staff and the karts were super helpful.
