Everything was amazing and was what we were looking for for our sons birthday weekend. My only complaint is how thin the walls were in the villas. We could hear everything next door

I think the staff were all nice. The main problems with this hotel is that the grounds and rooms look old and everything felt inconvenient... especially for how expensive this "resort" is. I expect more from a 4 star hotel that charges over $400 for a room. I've been at 3 star hotels that offered more in the lobby than they do. There was no water, coffee, or tea offered in the lobby. I was really bummed by that. It's so inconvenient to travel somewhere and then be told you have to go through the back door to the pool to use a fountain. The water from the fountain wasn't very cold and didn't taste good. Our hotel room was spacious, but it looked almost empty and the furniture that it did have was old and worn. It wasn't cozy or comfortable. The pull-out bed was AWFUL...it was thin, squeaky, uncomfortable, and collapsed in the middle... it's unacceptable that they expect people to sleep on that!! The lights all look like fluorescent office lights- especially in the bathroom. The balcony was all cement and looked really old and depressing with a sad rusted old table and chairs. I was honestly shocked by how bad our balcony was. None of us wanted to spend any amount of time outside. Lastly, it turns out if you want to enjoy s'mores at the fire pit, you have to pay $200 per 1-2 people!! I couldn't believe that. Extremely disappointing for the kids bc it was too expensive and we couldn't do it. Overall it was MEH and we won't be returning.

The location is idyllic… The amenities were accessible and beautiful. The staff was kind. The food at the restaurant was amazing. The views were breathtaking. I wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Great stay! I’ll be back.

Amazing ocean view from the room. Seascape beach was accessible and convenient with a golf cart ride.

I think if the property was marketed as something other than luxury then it would be a consistent representation. However, the reality is far from the promotions.

We had a great time. Room had a good layout and fantastic view. For the amount you pay it would be nice if the room was better stocked and with higher quality supplies but overall was a wonderful stay and we will be back.

For nearly $500 a night, the room was incredibly disappointing—run-down, outdated, and honestly depressing. We were so unhappy with the accommodations that we didn’t even want to stay the night. When we asked for a refund, the property refused, and the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. The amenities were disappointing, there was very little to do, and the overall property and rooms felt tired and poorly maintained. This place is absolutely not worth the price. I can’t believe how much money we wasted on such a disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Everything was great and not resorts fault but non stop kids running above us Best to request a unit that is contained and not with people above

I’ve been staying at this resort for the past 10 years, and it continues to exceed my expectations every single visit. The staff is always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrive. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality are a big part of why we keep coming back year after year. It’s rare to find a place that consistently delivers such great service, and this resort does exactly that. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with exceptional customer service.

Loved the staff and prompt golf cart rides to the beach . Sunset at the beach was amazing and spotted deers , hares and seals around property grounds + beach. Two caveats - We were group of six and the sofa bed in the two bed room villa was really uncomfortable ( mattress was too thin and less supportive). The in room request to clean the room and refresh creamer / tea needed multiple reminders.

The staff was very accommodating.
