Close enough to be convenient, but far enough away to be quiet.

Check in lady was a bet rude complaining about their system going down and taking forever to Check in my rooms, , only one elevator working, poor breakfast selection, I will not be back for the cost n or the service

The outside of the building driving up looked worn and dirty. The light in the sign didnt work so after dark it was difficult to find. We couldn't check in at 1pm and when we cane back at 6pm the internet was down so we couldn't check in again. We were sandy and gross from being at the beach so this was a big inconvenience. We decided to go eat in our beach clothes and try to come back. We came back at 9 and thankfully the internet was back up. The room was clean and spacious. The pullout bed was not comfortable and we didnt have any linens so we had to ask. The AC wouldnt stay on and it didnt cool the room off. That made it difficult to sleep. The shower head was weird and didnt spray straight, but the shower was huge! The TV wouldn't shut off so we had to unplug it. The breakfast had many options and was stocked well. Overall, the hotel was clean and fine. I do not think I would stay here again though.

Well I booked it in advance then the day of check in I get to the hotel and walked to the front desk and said I’m here to check in then they canceled my reservation so I had no room for the whole weekend because all the other hotels were booked up
-
Check in took 30min or more cause of overbookings. The general manager or other manager did not come out to help get things moving at front desk as all work fell one clerk or team member. Room air conditioning was loud waking us up all through the night.

I had requested a easy entrance shower which I didn't get. The shower head was disgusting the room was not cleaned correctly and something was hanging off the wall. For the money I paid I was not satisfied. I dont know if the sheets were stained or dirty. I do not plan on returning to that Hotel anytime soon.

Great place to stay and relax

Everything was clean. The outside looked old, But it's understandable due to be close to the beach. The breakfast was good, The only thing was that they wouldn't runout of coffee or food and would take long to replace it. But Everything else was fine!

First I want to say the staff is nice and the beds themselves are comfortable. And although I say the staff is nice, I don’t feel like they are accommodating as they could be. We booked our hotel almost 2 weeks before arrival and when I showed up they had to give me a king suite instead of the double beds that I reserved. They called it a complimentary upgrade but we didn’t want a king bed for a reason. They had said that they were out of doubles and I just don’t understand how that happens if I reserved my room in advance. Second, the smell of the hotel is horrible. This hotel is not your typical Marriott brand hotel. The standard of this specific hotel is low. Only one elevator works, there is water damage, carpets are sticky and very old/outdated, the rooms smell like pee/popcorn, the floors in our room were weak and you could feel it soft in some spots, note that we were also on the 4th floor. The tub still had hair from whoever was there before us or the housekeeper. The toilet paper is super rough so I would suggest bring your own. There was barely any body wash in the bottle provided so that shows that housekeeping isn’t keeping up with that stuff. The chair in our room was disgusting, picture is attached. The lights also had dead bugs in them. Last thing to add is the landscaping outside is horrible, the grass is tall and filled with stickers. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere, there are nicer hotels about 10 mins away from this one such as Staybridge Suites.

Dead roach in the room.. pool was closed in the middle of summer and that’s what kids look forward to

I really liked that they had soap, shampoo and conditioner in the showers!! The smell was amazing and refreshing, that was really convenient and hassle free. Thank you!

Clean room, breakfast was good, parking was easy

The air conditioner leaked into the room and we up all of my son's and my clothes. We had to secure quarters and laundry detergent to wash the clothes and could not be placed into a new room. We could not use a nice portion of the room because of towels being laid down to soak up the water. We were told that we would be refunded for two nights of the stay, and then the next morning the front desk person reneged and we were only refunded for one night of the stay. This was a tremendous inconvenience. The bathtub had a huge rust stain running down from the faucet area and there were stains on the walls. The breakfast was decent but those powdered eggs are not for the weak stomach. Most of the staff was nice. The computer and printer did not work in the lobby that was for guest use and upon arrival they had to seek confirmation that the pool was in operating order.

Very dissatisfied I had booked this way in advance and when we drove six hours to the hotel, they told us that there was no reservation. Trird multiple times to call the resort and they wouldn’t answer the phone. That was a busy signal. I had to call Expedia to request a refund because they told us that there was no reservations when we showed up. The guy at the desk was not helpful with all. And instead of trying to accommodate us after I showed him our booking and Expedia wanted to talk to them to let them know that we have a Booking still was not trying to be helpful. We had to sleep in the truck. It was humiliating.

Room was clean. Breakfast choices were ok pretty basic. Parking was all in front of building. Property is close to a Walmart whic h was convenient. Beach was close drive. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
-
The hotel room was great. Unfortunately the phone didn't even work, we had no shampoo and wash, the side door didn't work to make getting to the room quicker. There was a horrible ringing in the hotel lobby constantly and the pool was green. Staff was okay.

The room was clean and cool. The staff was friendly, however, I wasn’t aware that the pool was closed before I booked my room. That was a real bummer for me. I wish I would’ve been told ahead of time at least. The sign on our level said we had an ice maker down the hallway, and when I checked there was just an empty room where apparently an ice machine once was?! Other than that, the room was great. It was very spacious and comfy!

Outdated hotel, room wasn’t serviced, no clean towels or trash emptied only upon request and had to pick towels up in lobby. Pool was dirty and out of service. Very disappointed

We had such a great stay. The staff were all super helpful and nice. Great breakfast selection.

The place was well kept and clean. It had a very foul smell in the elevator and the stairwell. The pool was down for maintenance because it was green. To us it was no big deal for the pool to be down we found other ways to have fun. When we got in our room the gave us 2 towels for a family of four that was checking in. When we left for the day house keeping came in and took the used towels and never replaced them. We went down stairs and request more towels at like 830 and we were told they would not be ready for hr or so because she was just starting a load of towels. Housekeeping also expected the guest to put their own trash bags in the trash cans after they replaced them.
