TV was not working, staff even brought in new TV. It worked for a little bit and then lost connectivity. I was told I would be comped 15% for the inconvenience. I have not seen that reflected in my bill.

Eeeeyuck! Roaches in my room !!!!! Paper towel holder missing ?! Floor by the refrigerator was yellow and gunky …. Stains on the sheets (bed was made at least). Smelt like cigarettes. I had my baby with me and unfortunately couldn’t get another room so late at night or else I would have. Will never stay there or smh branch of this place again.

Front desk did not help. Smoke alarms shoved in the cabinets. Do NOT come here we couldve died. We did have the fire department involved. And they did absolutely nothing but kept my money.

Parking was easy. Rooms were clean exceptional.

The cleanliness of the rooms was pretty good. The only thing I didn’t like was that the showers spilled a lot of water onto the floor.

Our room wasn’t swept there was sand everywhere and we had to walk and shower with our sandals on

Clean ..lady in office was nice ..ice machine worked. Rooms were super cold wife loved that. No cable TV..so didn't watch any ...breakfast was just cereal but there was no milk.

We ended up not staying at the property because there was bunch of aunts and couple spiders . We would like for the property to refund us our money . Staff was very helpful. That weekend they had just taken over property. The weather was bad that weekend and they still accommodated our needs.

Showers where nice Y they always give u three pillows instead of 4

The staff was very friendly. The room was super clean. Everything was super clean and smelled great The beds and pillows were super soft. I woke up late so I didn't get to have their breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.

There was nothing to like. It’s was terrible. Everything was bad I can’t believe they are still in business, people and faculty are terrible. Will not stay there ever again and don’t recommend it.

Location The bathtub had a hole in it and flooded the floor it took all the towels to get through the shower. There weee no hangers in the room. The coffee maker didn’t work. The box springs were very dirty. The floor was very dirty. We were told this was the only room available.

Lowest rates Upon arrival after 5 in a half hours no running water for a total of 6 hours. The TV wifi kept losing signal. Friday morning breakfast was only cereral and apples. Friday night TV kept loosing singnal during a movie and could watch a complete show. Saturday morning breakfast was a little better with yogurt hard boiled egg and bananna. I was there celebrating my 52 Birthday as i havent in 4 years since my daughters left for . I probably will not return againʻ
