The room smelt so bad. We had to go to the local Walmart to buy air fresheners because it smelt so bad. As we were driving home my 7 year old daughter said she never wanted to stay there again because we would have to go buy spray every time we did. It was a last minute 4th of July trip so obviously overpriced. Paid $450/night for something I would have settled for when I was 18 for $50/night.

The saying goes, you get what you pay for and that’s exactly what I got. There was a lot of rust in the bathroom. The tub stopper wouldn’t stay up in the tub so water filled the tub as you showered. The sink drained slowly. Overall, it was located in a convenient location to catch the ferry.

Clean and calm.

AC in room didn’t work well. Room was a sweat shop all night

The entrance was not well marked or lit and it did not face the main street which resulted in me entering the hotel that shared the same road off the main street. The other hotel directed me to the Microhotel entrance. When I approached the main entrance and looked in, the area was not well lit and filled with 3 luggage carts. I pushed by them and saw a desk off to the left. No one was there until I rang a bell. Over the next two days it looked like only 6 people worked there and 2 or 3 of them clean rooms. The staff were helpful but anyone who stays here needs to understand that the rooms and towels are undersized and that the TV has a very limited number of channels. The coffee was excellent but the breakfast was so-so.

Great motel to stay at. The breakfast is legit for a such a great price and well maintained motel. The room was clean, the pool was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The bed was too hard. The floor was wet from an air conditioner leak. There was a used bar of soap left on the bathroom counter. We registered 3 guest in our room, towels were left for 2. The only outlet by the bed was underneath the bedside table…. I’m too old and mobility challenged to be crawling under a table to plug in my CPAP machine! If I had not had my young nephew with me I would not have even found the outlet under the table! And would not have been able to use my CPAP machine. Will not be recommending this hotel!

What a great staff. Kelly and her son were super helpful. Day staff was very informative and knowledgeable. Location was right next to ferry. A perfect place to stay without island cost. Room was well furnished and clean and new. The only place to stay in this area.

Location. Price. Breakfast was decent. Comfortable beds. Ac unit in 106 is very glitchy and didn’t work half the time. Bathroom floor is grungy. Carpets greasy. Cleanliness needs an upgrade. Hot tub not working.

Everything. It’s always welcoming when we go. Check in time. That’s all

Rented room for my daughter to celebrate her birthday. Room was so disgusting that she had to change rooms. The second wasn't much better, she checked out the next day and changed hotels. This hotel will not be on our recommendation list. Lasted one full night on a five night stay. Still waiting for receipt.

It wasnt the same as it used to be. A lot of things needs to be fixed. Had to make sure that my door will locked for some reason didnt wanted to lock. staff was really good. Dryer and washing machine needs to be fixed. Shower was tricky to set it up the right temperature. It rotated all the way they was no stopping. Breakfast was the same everyday.

The rooms felt cramped and the hotel had a funny odor. My bathroom sink was cracked and didn't have a stopper and there was a strange odor coming from the sink. There weren't enough towels in our bathroom. The hotel feels dated and old. I will never stay at this hotel again.
