Nice clean hotel, great location in Aransas Pass.

The breakfast buffet was good.

I feel that was the worst response I’ve ever seen!!! I do post my reviews to google and yelp as well as Expedia and hotels.com

Stayed 2 nights with 7 family members. Staff was helpful and very nice. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good, there was a variety. Parking was good, plenty of night light. Very near a grocery store HEB. Only disappointment was pool area could use some love. Hot tub did not work and was gross and pool did not have cloren. All staff members were awesome!!!

Ragged and smelly carpets throughout the hotel. Other than that it was fair.

I wasn't greeted well at the onset. I was assigned the most ragged room in the hotel with a major tear in the carpet is was filthy and worn. The room was terrible and the hotel looks nothing like it does on line. Please ask them to clean or remove the carpeting it makes for an unsafe stay. The tub wasn't cleaned and the floor hasn't been mopped in who knows how long 5)3 place is unclean. I was moved to a different room the second day but it was a huge inconvenience I only stayed 2 nights so 50 percent of my stay was horrible and then I had to be bogged with a move to get decent accommodations. Not good just decent. Please do better it really put a damper on my visit. I don't want to assume why I was treated so poorly but my prayer is it is corrected for the next person/family who looks like me. Respectfully. Cameil D. Coleman 412-401-2334

The property is clean and safe. Valero convenience store nearby, for more than just gas/convenience items there's an HEB nearby and there you can purchase meats, sandwiches, towels, & other items you might have forgotten or wanted fresh!!! Swimming pool clean, continental breakfast area kept clean and food was fresh. Coffee ok but I went around the corner to get some, I like robust coffee. sheets bedspreads were freshly laundered. Personal property safe as well we had beach stuff in our pickup Frontier truck: ice chest (Yeti) canopy, small bbq pit etc.. everything was safe. Elevator clean and carpet fresh. I definitely recommend.

Good hotel! Really sweet and nice staff. Breakfast was good! And the little swimming pool is pretty okey. Good for a family with kids.

Room came without a shower curtain. Had to go to front desk and request one Twice.

There was an issue or something when i checked in, since apparently my room was not marked as occupied. Another customer as well as an employee tried to open my room twice while we were in there. Also, somebody went in while we were away, since we noticed some things missing.

Air conditioning not working and there were no Towels nor toiletries were available. The property is old and not well maintained.

Prime location close to rock port beach. Has a great Fishing Pier Old lamps that would flicker, no weather seals around doors , had bugs come in the whole time we stayed there. Wife found a big spider in bag one morning. Guest next to us smoking marijuana smoke comes into our room. Then the next day same guest have a party at the hotel with loud music playing till 12am. management is made aware of the situation. They do tell them to stop but they still continue as soon as they leave. Hotel should have zero tolerance for that kind of behavior.
