Booked the property, and ask them immediately if I can cancel the reservation, and they refused.

We just stayed here one night for a Yankees game, but it was great for what we needed! It was 100 degrees outside and the air conditioning was set nice and low and blasting for us when we got there which was SO nice after a long day out in the sun. Check in and check out was simple, the room was clean and very nice, and it was more affordable than most else in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

The stay was well recommended. The staff was very kind and helpful when needed. The commute back and forth to relative was so accommodating due to the easy access to the highway. We had a nice stay.

Don’t judge this hotel by its exterior. It may look a little old from the outside, but the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, the air conditioning worked great, and everything was a great value for the price. The only thing to keep in mind is that the breakfast is very basic, so don’t expect a full breakfast. They only offer bananas, oranges, bread, oatmeal, and cereal. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is decent but needs an exterminator for the ants and other bugs in the room.

Beside the place is very good for the price. And the air A/C noise is an issue.

Clean room comfortable beds

While the room was clean, it needed to be painted BADLY. The towels were so thin and tiny. For the cost of this room, I would have expected much more with regard to the towels. This is an old motel that has been updated, in some areas. The soda machine is from the 90's and did not work, they had no water to be purchased. It is just VERY basic and while the staff was friendly, they did not act like customer service was their first priority.

The property was close to everything and the rooms were clean and modern. The staff was super friendly and I would absolutely recommend!

It was good! I will be back!

Staff was great. Very helpful. I do want to state this is a motel and not a hotel. For future reference. Thank you.

At checkout, I was pleasantly surprised to find complimentary coffee, pastries, oranges, and apples in the reception area. It was a thoughtful touch that made an already great stay even better. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and offered excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Do yourself the favor and spend an additional $50 to stay at a better property.

Not a bad place to stay for the night. The office looked very worn down, but the room was in fairly good shape despite limited television options and an pretty loud a.c. Very nice people at the front desk.
-
We stayed there 4-5 times before, but this time we had the worst experience ever. The room was full of bugs after we turned the lights off, and there was a bad smell in the room.

Last week I spent 5 nights at Ardsley Acres. 98% of my stay was great except for one experience. Upon checking in, I was informed by the lovely lady at the desk that coffee was available 24 hours a day in the lobby. The first 2 mornings at 5:30 am, I was greeted by an awesomely friendly gentleman named Brian who buzzed me into the lobby and chit chatted with me as I made my coffee. The 3rd morning at 5:30 am I was surprised not to be buzzzed in but met by a man talking to me through the glass with "what do you want?" He buzzed me in after I said I was there for coffee, but the whole time he stated the hours to me that I was allowed to come into the lobby for coffee and breakfast. Although not rude per say, he made me feel I was being terribly intrusive. Just as a suggestion, to avoid confusion, maybe it would be best to post physical signs in the lobby and the rooms stating what the allowable times are for access to the lobby.
