Reasonable rates and very convenient location!

Very clean environment

Well everting was perfect

I got to the hotel very late (maybe midnight). The person that received me told me that my room wasn’t ready, and that I had to wait about a half hour. He told me that my room was being cleaned. I had booked the room several hours before the normal check in time. I had to sit in my car until almost 1am (my wait was close to an hour) for a text to return to the desk for a room and a room key. Pretty terrible, at that hour. To try to appease me, they offered me free late checkout and no hold fee, neither of which I was interested in. Otherwise my stay was fine.

Way too much noise from room next door, way into the night. No sound deadening insulation between rooms. No cups in the room or bathroom. Limited stations on 📺

Rooms were very clean, staff was helpful and amenities did meet the expectations

Exceptional

The check in process was easy and helpful. The location of the hotel was prime for where I wanted to be. I do not have a complaint about my experience or the establishment.

Excellent stay

I have stayed here several times in the past. I was surprised and pleased to find they had significantly renovated the motel. While it retains the old format of no corridors and rooms opening directly onto the parking spaces, the furniture is newer and the appointments of the bathrooms are of a more contemporary standard, The card entry malfunctioned several times. There was a breakfast buffet, as promised, but this was a very scanty thing, with some fruit, bread, cereal.

Room was great and cozy. I always stay here when I need to stay in the white plains / Ardsley area.

We were in a building away from the main hotel. Parking and area near that building needed some maintenance. The room was clean. Breakfast was basic. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Parking in front of your room. The grounds are beautifully well kept! Always see Maintenance doing work to improve the building and grounds. Room is Always clean Housekeeping is really good here 🙏 Safe neighborhood too.

Great walking/bike path can get right from the premises No coffee maker in room, although there was a microwave and frig, and coffee available in the office
