Hilton Garden Inn Westchester Dobbs Ferry, NY

Great parking. Nice, helpful staff. Not enough bath towels in room. Had to ask staff more than once for more. That was my only issue. Hotel is on top of a hill close by to a large mall with many restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay there again.

The AC in the first room allocated to me was not working but the staff quickly changed us to a different room. The hotel breakfast was not great and $20’per person for that breakfast seemed a stretch. But everything else was fantastic. Big shoutout to the front desk - they were very nice!

Dog treats and water for pets.

Everything was great with the exception of one mistake. Whoever cleaned our room left it open by not securing the bolt. It turned out fine, but something could have been a bad situation.

The booking stated Free Breakfast. When I arrived at Check in I was told no Free breakfast on Sundays, there is a fee.

Location was convenient. Easy registration and leaving. It was a good basic hotel, lacked-warmth/charm. It felt boring.

Very spacious rooms, good coffee maker, nice little gym and friendly staff. Lots of amenities in the complex. I think they should tell you when you request a late check that they are going to charge you $30 for this. I requested an 11:45 am check out and only ended up using about 15 minutes, and left the room at 11:15 am. Had I known there was going to be a surcharge, I would have left the room at 11 am. I didn't know about it until I saw it on my emailed bill.

There were crumbs by the garbage under the desk I understand your a dog friendly place but maybe just making g a section of the hotel so people with allergies don't suffer. The receptionist was not friendly

Second, I understand when you are in the middle of typing something, but when a guest comes to ask a question, a moment of, I will be right with you, goes a long way, we stood for about 5 minutes as the lady at the desk continued her train of thought instead of giving the will be with you and just a second, allow my to finish my thoughts.
