Hospitality and customer service needs improvement

Everything was great except the pillows were very soft. Didn’t sleep well because of it but everything else was amazing! Safe, clean, respectful staff

This property was very clean and the front desk employees were hospitable!

The towel situation was absolutely absurd. They were cleaning carts, however, originally we were told we couldn’t leave our used towels with them. I needed to take them down to the front desk. We weren’t able to be given any towels from the cart and needed to get all towels from the front desk. There was a flavored water provided daily, however, it appeared to be gone within an hour and was never restocked.

Staff was very kind and helped make the stay more peaceful. We were traveling with kids, and the hotel felt safe.

We waited two hours for our room because house cleaning was unable to get into rooms and communicate to the front seat to advise which rooms were available.

This was my first time staying at this location and it was an amazing experience. The supervisor, Monique Morgan, tended to me and she was extremely professional, very courteous, and a genuinely kind person. She greeted me with a smile and accommodated my needs! She made my stay a memorable one! The room was very large and extremely clean. I am looking forward to staying here again!

I asked, and I was given a bag that had a towel, a new bar of soap, and a roll of toilet paper. The breakfast, not included, was always out and not replaced. Although they did have coffee. The coffee maker in my room was not working; the first night the peephole was half open, I stuffed a tissue in it. The second night it was fixed, but not the coffee maker. So many things were in disarray; my room was not vacuumed, so I got a small splinter in it. Staff were nice; they tried.

Conveniently located to many stores/shops 1 treadmill broken, treadmills dirty from other guests sweating on them. Parking too pricey.

Stayed for business and the room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable, staff was helpful, breakfast was decent for hotel breakfast. I will be staying again on my next trip.

The staff here is amazing, even though the computer crashed I was getting married that weekend. I had three rules with two king size beds, and all of them confirmed then no rule. The hotel was so overbooked. The police had to come twice with some lunatic but overall it’s an amazing place. The staff end over.

Location was good. Room was not ready when we arrived after driving 5+ hours with 2 kids. Made us wait almost 2 hours for it to be ready and only offered free $15 parking for the night. Beds are extremely uncomfortable.

The hotel in general was very good, and the staff were nice too. They charged us $91.80 USD for a breakfast we did not have. That makes the whole experience end up very bad.
