Room was clean a/c was on when we got there. Breakfast was very good. Sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Waffles and bagels and cupcakes.

The staff was really sweet and super attentive. The rooms were clean all the way around towels clean no stains etc. the property is just as nice as it perceives in the photos!

I like the stay, everything was normal and clean. The only thing I don't really like was people smoke outside the rooms and all the smoke come in trough the AC, make the room smell like cigarette sometimes.

Easy access off and on the highway. The facility is dated.

Hotel was clean and the staff was amazing!!!!!! Our room was on the first floor and we were able to park right by our room which was a big help unloading our truck. Definitely on the list of places to stay again when we go back to Arkansas if we are vacationing in that area again. Daughter was a little upset that the pool was closed for cleaning but said that the mini waffles from the breakfast bar made up for it and that they were her favorite part, lol. This hotel is definitely a diamond in the rough that I recommend if you are needing a place to stay that won't break the bank but will win you over with their hospitality and the quality of room. Already planning a trip for September and looking at staying here again for a few nights when we do the diamond mine and Ron Coleman Crystal mine again before continuing on our vacation to Blanchard spring caverns.

Decent value for price, hot breakfast (eggs, biscuit gravy, convenient location, could park right outside room., clean, decent water pressure and hot shower. Nothing really wrong, good value, but Noisy people outside, TV remote didn’t work, not a ton of options at breakfast (fake creamer, mostly sugary options, no sugar free oatmeal, kind of dingy (but clean).

Doors were on the outside. Neighbors talking & smoking right outside our door. But the rooms were clean.
