Manager was rude when I got there. I came to check in and he was rude and then he told me about a deposit and no where online said about a deposit or even in the office

Very clean would stay again. Breakfast was at 6 to 9. Got there at 630. Nothing was set out. Nobody at front desk. Some man called and nobody came.

First room was not acceptable. Bedding was damp to the point it left my shirt damp during inspection, room was very musty. Notified front desk they gave me another room, bedding wasn't as damp, room wasn't much better, tub didn't not drain while showering. If I can help it at all, I will not stay here again.

Staff was not very friendly and it took a couple of times calling on the phone to get information because a child was playing with the phone. There was no swimming pool and the information needs to be updated on Expedia. We requested a downstairs room because my husband recently had back surgery and I was traveling with my 83 year old mother who has mobility issues. I notified them on Monday via email I needed a downstairs room and we didn’t check in until Friday. They had four days to respond and let me know they didn’t have a downstairs room, but they failed to even acknowledge I sent an email. When my brother tried explaining that we needed a downstairs room, they didn’t want to hear about it and were quite rude. We will be staying another two weeks in Caddo Valley, but not at this hotel. We won’t stay here again at all!

Horrible Just dirty

Pool isn’t open. The shower curtain rod is hanging on for dear life. The flush handle is broke on toilet cut my hand on it. The tub won’t hold water. It smelled damp/moldy. Yeah for a budget hotel the other one in town is WAY better. I will never consider this one again. The breakfast I can’t rate as soon as we got up we ran out. Oh and the stairs up to the room are rusted and scary. It had just rained and they all held water so we tracked in water in room 😩

It got the job done. I liked the family room set up. Kinda a rare configuration. They were working to make fixes and upgrades to other rooms while we were there. We’d stay again.

It was located in a really good location and close to restaurants and the freeway The property is not ADA compliant. It’s a 2 story hotel with no elevator and refused to give me a ground floor room as they are filled with “residents”. The breakfast was terrible with stale bread and bagels and no options for people with dietary restrictions.

Mattress was new, the sheets were clean, a good and easy location to find. Unknown brown stains on ceiling; appears to be tobacco spit on entry wall where there is a trashcan; graffiti on toilet paper dispenser; mold growing on nightstand from what appears to be someone spilling something on it; the door latch is coming apart; when I told the desk person he looked at me like I was a nuisance, even though I was checking out. There was some communication difficulties with the check-in person due to my difficulty understanding her due to English being her second language. However, she was still pleasant and was willing to repeat herself several times to help me understand.

It was ok nothing great The toilet was made for a child. How they think a grown man could use that toilet is ridiculous. And I'm not exaggerating. When I asked if I could change rooms with a regular size toilet they said no that's all they had. It was room # 110. I had to leave and use a toilet at a gas station because of how small it was. And I'm not a fat man if you're wondering. I also took pics. One pic is showing my hand at the seat to give a reference.

The room and linens were clean, but there were a few hairs stuck on the sheets from laundering. There was also a large gap under the door. AC worked well.

Comfortable and quiet. I slept well. Staff was pleasant. It was clean enough. A Waffle House straight across the street, as well as a Mexican Restaurant next to the motel. Icemachine still not working, and neither was the vendingmachine. Breakfast was Fruitloops, Frosted Flakes, milk and coffee. Feels a little neglected.
