Caravan Court Hotel

This place was amazing! We snagged this room last minute to attend a World Cup game. It’s an easy 15 min walk to the stadium and was a great rate. The hotel is styled in a fun vintage modern style and everything felt so nice and clean, the beds were comfy and the shower was great! Loved that we had the option to order room service, made it very convenient. Felt like we were in an upscale hotel and would def book again.

Our stay was enjoyable from start to finish. We visited for a World Cup game and the staff was well prepared for the rush. Each employee was helpful and professional. The property was very cool and every detail was perfect— from the room keys to the wall paper— the stay was like a trip back in time. We will definitely come back!

The room was excellent. The bathroom was magnificent. The bed although soft for my liking was of good quality and did not give me a sore back. There is a full size fridge in my room but no storage for clothes. One of two lifts was out of order for my three day stay.

Great location if you're going to a game at AT&T stadium or Globe Life field. The restaurant was wonderful and the roof top bar was also very nice. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Newly remodeled, beautiful property

Great hotel, walking distance from the Dallas stadium. Extremely helpful, friendly and attentive staff, from front desk to poolbar servers and restaurant employees. Everybody was great and made us feel so welcome! Pool was lovely in the Texas heat, and food and drinks were good!

I have travelled Europe, South America, USA, Eastern Europe, Mexico and have never had to deal with charges I never even did. I even wanted to pay for “free” coffee at checkout. I have called twice to resolve this and I told sorry we can only send an email to the manager. I am still waiting no corrections were made to my account. They claimed I took drinks which I did not!!! I even walked across the hotel to a QT gas station to buy ice tea and chips! The worst experience and on top I have a reservation back to back for the World Cup two nights paid ahead over a thousand dollars and they will not refund me if I cancel the reservation. So basically I am forced to stay with them stealing money from me for something that I didn’t use. So be very careful and make sure that if no refunds are available DONT BOOK.

The place has been very nicely renovated and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We were there for the World Cup game and had an awesome time. It was about a 15 minute walk to the stadium and Texas Live. My husband and I talked and we both agreed we would stay there again. Loved the Nespresso machine in the room!

Excellent, brand new hotel

The valets and front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Very nicely designed. The only drawback was that there were two takeout containers from previous guests left in out refrigerator. After we checked in, we went down to the pool to have some snacks and drinks. Nice chairs and cabanas. The pool server was fine but a little frazzled. Small thing, I know, but details make a difference. She kept putting all of our drinks on one table and left it to me to get up and hand out to the group. After the pool we got ready for dinner at The Vandy. We took the stairs, where we came across multiple half smoke cigarettes butts just sitting on the stairs. A little gross. The restaurant is nice and our server was very friendly. Unfortunately, my soup came out cold and my chicken was burned to a rock. They made up for it by bringing us some dessert. Overall, I will definitely stay here again and know these issue will work themselves out.

I didn’t get to stay in the hotel since they gave away my room due to some technical error and they still haven’t refunded me my money as they claimed they would.

Air-conditioning was OK. They had it set so we would’ve loved to have had it cooler in our room but we could not adjust it. The staff is the star of the show there. This property is brand new and it has many many kinks. This is our second day in 10 days. The kinks have not been worked out. All I can say is the staff or wonderful.

If you Are looking to stay around the stadiums, don’t hesitate to stay at the Caravan, you can’t get it wrong. Besides the property, which was perfect, the staff is top and the restaurant is great. Highly recommend

Clean room, friendly staff. Loved the rooms they were so cute and cozy. The manager and staff were amazing and went above and beyond. The restaurant inside was a huge plus and the food was delicious!! I totally recommend staying here.
