Everything was great about hotel clean and great staff only thing was didn’t know I was going to be charged for valet that I didn’t ask for till the end.

I loved this hotel more than Loews hotel near by. Its very shic and with beautiful bars. If you stay here, make sure to visit their Martini Bar!

This little hotel far exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, helpful and so sweet! Our room was adorable and immaculate! Loved the pool and poolside service. The valet worked their tails off too! Very impressed!

Room was clean, minus one trash can. But everything else spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Each bar was unique in their own way. Pool was very maintained and nice. The restaurant was elegant and Omar the bartender, made the meal very more perfect! Overall, great location. Great atmosphere and great service. Will return again when in town!

The hotel is beautifully remodeled - fun atmosphere with the swim club and pool bar. We grabbed a quick cocktail at the Speakeasy before heading out to a concert at the new Rangers Stadium. The rooms were clean, fridge stocked with mini bar options, staff was attentive and fun. 9/10 - only a point off for long wait to check-in due to valet only and minimal parking on the property.

The hotel itself was great; absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, the valet was the absolute worst. After we checked out, we had to wait an hour, not for our car, but for the staff to find our keys. At least two other guests had their keys lost. I truly believe if they’d invest in a parking lot that this hotel would be perfect.

They had all the entrances blocked off except for one and then had cars parked in the fire lane. Valet only. Didn’t have the room I reserved. Standing water in the shower with long brown hair in it

Parking is non-existent. Have to park in the street which is close but not ideal. Room very clean and nice but the pillows were useless.

Only valet which is $45 overnight or plan to have to park somewhere near, in the street.

Helpful staff, gorgeous remodel, 2 different bars and a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner! There’s very little parking so make sure to valet!

It was a unique experience i definitely recommend this hotel as a get away has everything you need, everyone was nice and welcoming, it was a new experience for me n my wife we loved it so much
