Nothing I was Totally ripped off Charged for a room i never got to stay in because they had none and won't refund me These people were rude and stole my money. I paid for the night and they said tbey don't rent nightly so they didn't have a room nor did they give me a refund. The guy actually said "not my problem "

First i stayed here for 5 weeks everything was good so i com back last week and stayed one more week and that's what happened to me i check out this morning to go to the airport and when i get there i couldn't find my driver license so i checked everywhere couldn't find it .and i remember that the last time i used it was last week when i checked in at the hotel so called the front desk and they told me its here .i had to get a taxi to go get it for 160 $ and back to the airport but was to late so i missed my flight back home .my question is why no buddy called me when i was there to let me know that my driver license was just sitting on the desk for the entire week just a phone call will saved me a hundreds of dollars

We acknowledged a service dog on the reservation and went through info upon arrival and then were asked to leave because you cannot leave your service animal in the room unattended. Very unprofessional and uncaring

The location The staff was rude, I told them about my service dog which they approved and the staff would walk past my room antagonizing her and barking through the door to make her bark.
