InTown Suites Extended Stay Arlington TX - Oak Village

Real bad place. I made a reservation and they cancelled on the very last minute and I had to find a last minute place. I did make sure a day before with staff about my reservation and they said everything was clear and perfect. So I wouldn’t recommended it

The height of the kitchen counter, it was too tall for me

The room was clean everything was the best and I will definitely be staying there again in the future..

Puntos a considerar: - lleve sus propios utencilios de cocina(todos). - horario de recepcion puntual 11am a 5pm - No pet friendly - En ocasiones huele mucho a marihuana (experiencia personal, puede variar). - Lleve sus articulos de baño, si hay papel y toallas. - House keeping 1 vez por semana.

Beds were comfortable, very quiet and I got all the sleep I needed. Multiple restaurants nearby to choose from, even some nice bars to go hangout. Walmart across the street came in clutch when I forgot to pack my toothbrush and deodorant. 10/10

Location is perfect Front desk had an attitude when I arrived. Telling me it was overbooked. Took 45m to checkin

It wasn't as clean as I like, but I'm a camper so I managed. Staff was nice. No amenities at all. No kitchen stuff, soap and 1roll of tp. Kinda cheap, but it was inexpensive so ya get what you pay for I guess.

The maintenance guy was really helpfull My room was broke in 3 times

The cost The room was nasty and they don’t bring you towels

Honestly my entire stay was great?? I have been here going on my 3rd week and the property is clean, quiet and the staff is amazing ? JD is the kindest front desk agent I've honestly dealt with in many years. Even the housekeepers are kind. I would give them a 10+ ????? I have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS ??

The mattress was uncomfortable

The GM is amazing. Staff is friendly and courteous. Facilities and Property are well kept and quiet location even though walking distance to many stores.

The staff are accessible, knowledgeable and friendly. All of them.

Office staff, rock hard bed, accommodations.

It was great for what we needed it for. The staff (JD) was nice… the a/c was cold… shower was good…. The location was really good…. We had our own towels, blankets, etc. N/A. We didn’t need much, so there’s no answer for this question.

Lots of ants. Dont replace towels. No hairdryer

The pictures they showed was nothing like the room we got.

I think they were short of staff, you can hardly find staff when you need them. Office always on the to call for assistance.
