Everything was great.. very quiet area

Location in great place lots of food places and stores and Mall

The room seemed clean but it had roaches in the bathroom and the morning person at the front desk it was a woman was always rude and the room service was always knocking on my door everyday at 11 waking me up and I kept telling them I didn't want service I work nights so at 11pm I need my sleep it was terrible bc I couldn't go back to sleep

Room was clean, the air conditioner had already been turned on and linens stocked. We were only there overnight, but if we would’ve been staying longer, it was nice to have a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator. The staff we met during check-in and checkout were exceptionally efficient, kind, and very welcoming. We booked a room for a double queen, and got a single which for one night it was fine, if we had been staying longer I would’ve preferred the two beds. If you go out for dinner or a concert like we did, parking is very limited when you return.

room smelled like old insect spray and old cigarette smoke. The A/C barely kept the room tepid and did not remove any humidity.

The kitchen It had dog smell the ac had to be replaced cus it was not working properly some parts of the room were taped maintenance doors were very damaged

The only thing I would note is the ac took forever to get the room cold so it was still pretty toasty in the room for a bit.

We didn't get the two queen bedroom we had book due to "something" that happened we received a single queen bed. The room smells horrible like something was rotting in there. Just stay somewhere else.
