Friendly Staff The room was a non smoking room. The room smelled of smoke. The bedding had burnt cigarette holes in the sheets and mattress. The curtains did as well.The towels were dirty , and the bathroom was not clean. I had to go buy my own supplies to clean it, before use.

Very clean pool and outside very clean but dry pee all over the sides of the toilet as well as someone’s trimmed facial hair was left all in the sink.

Family member checked in Tv did not work, water was cut off from room.

The bathroom was very up-to-date. It was clean and the entire place was better than I expected for a 2-star. Glad to have stayed there.

We really enjoy our stays at the highland inn. It's close to all the shopping and fooding and groceries and everything you need when you're not at home. The staff is super friendly the rooms aren't the Hilton but it's really nice for what you pay for. The bedding is super comfy as well. Have had a few minor issues with maintenance but it's to be expected with the age of the hotel. All in all we love it and we'll be back!

Not a long stay or heavy use of the property. Basic services are fine. Only concern is the appearance of bedding, the outer, it looks oldish, though not affecting functionality. I understand I got what I paid for (very low, reasonable price)

The location is great quite, close to a lot of restaurants and the mall. Used this to stay sober could go to the World Cup Game Round of 32 game. Everything was great and when I visit again will definitely book hear again.

When we walked in the hotel room had flies, the bed had stains, the wall trimming coming support and not clean.

Staff was rude. Floors were dirty. They tried to not let us use the pool. People walking all around the parking lot all night and all day. Staff stuck their heads in our room, they were so rude

Pool was decent. They told us it was closed upon check in. I told them I called the property to make sure the pool was open before I made reservations. I told them I would be contacting booking fot a refund then they told me we could use the pool Staff was rude. Floors were dirty. They tried to not let us use the pool.
