Taking advantage of people coming from out of town for the futbol game

Price gouging because of the futbol shenanigans.. shame on yall

Not up to motel 6 standard. Dirty towels even after washing them. Rude and deceitful lady at the front desk, try to charge me a higher price even though I had a reservation for a cheaper price. Watch out for your security deposit, I had to call them and ask why it wasn't refunded before getting it back.

Expedia charged $87 and motel 6 charged me $55.79 I thought I was paying Expedia for the stay don't understand why motel 6 charged me again

Poor quality even for a budget room. No ice, no cups, no coffee pot. We didn't even have Kleenex. Room next door also had a dog that barked off and on all night. I will not book another stay with them.

This property is severely run down and the owners need to invest in a full renovation. The tubs have molded grout and gashes in them and microwaves need to be thrown away! I 1000% do not recommend this to anyone even for a single night.

The room itself was ok.the guy at the desk wasn't cordial at all and the lady when I left wasn't professional at all.upon check-in,the lobby smelled like Marijuana and desk clerk looked high.I wish I was notified about the deposit I had to pay up front and I won't receive it back for 5 days.

Upon arrival to the room the door was open, the A/C off, Texas in June, and the room had not been cleaned. Went back to the lobby which was unattended but soon had a new room. Again the door was found open and the A/C off but no remote control for the TV and the key did not open the door. Decided to find another motel then. The overall theme was a property in decline.

The room assigned to us was not ready at all. We had to contact front office to get another room.

Toilets were not working, there were NO fresh towels. It was infested with big tree roaches. There was absolutely NO amenities whatsoever including no coffee, or pool. The staff tried to be positive with what they had, but it was not a great experience.

The second room I didnt even see the inside but my husband declined and asked again to change the room. The third room was better , much cleaner. Ice machine was out of order.

The location wasn’t bad and the guy at the front was nice The floors were nasty after a shower and walking the floors our feet were black. There wasn’t any shampoo either.

The one lady that worked at the front that was nice and courteous Being hassle by the staff for small things while not getting room service the way I was told I was. I told the property I had one guest and they watched me until I checked into my room to make sure nobody was coming. Yeah I didn’t receive room service at all this week. And now I’m here for my second week. I was told by room Service they had other rooms to clean.

Had bed bugs and I got charged for 3 nights and only stayed 1

Location was good Our original room had a leak from our shower to the room on the lower floor, had to stop in the middle of my shower to switch rooms. No parking near our room tree trimming trucks had the whole parking lot in the back taken, the toilet in the first room the handel kept coming out, in the second room it wouldn't fill, just appearance wasnt taken care of, tape covering a wall socket, burn marks on the blankets, just not happy with the stay there, next time we will pay the extra and stay somewhere else

Staff appeared to be nice and accommodating Blood or some type of stain on yhe sheets when I pulled back the blanket , parking and rude behaviors from people that worked a trimming tree company that was there , parking lot was full of work trucks and they parked in a handicap spot when they wasnt...worker for motel 6 wasn't or appeared to be able to take control and handle it as it should have been
