Ac worked good, breakfast don't know didn't have breakfast there, only thing we did have a couple of bugs in the room

The overnite stay was good bed was comfortable glad there was a food place close. Only thing elevator was a bit slow since we were just on 2nd floor we walked stairs got to our rooms quicker ha ha overall everything was good

Property was clean and well kept. Great location!

The hotel is in an awesome location. Minutes from the Parks at Arlington Mall, restaurants and other shops. The breakfast is ok. The perk is there us an IHop within walking distance.

Trying to shower and the water barly came out of the faucet. Very disheartening. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 11 am. I went down at 9 a.m. and their was nothing. I was their 5 days, staff never came to clean the room or see if I needed anything. They were friendly though.

Close to activities we were attending Many issues including flooding in room, cold water, TV issues.

Our stay wasn’t the best, but it worked for what we needed. One thing to be aware of is that there was no daily housekeeping during our week-long stay. When we needed fresh towels, we had to take our used towels to the front desk rather than having them replaced in our room. The valance above the window was covered in dust, which made the room feel less clean than expected. The water pressure in the shower was also very weak. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there are definitely some areas that could be improved to make the guest experience better.

Location Too loud but that’s because they had large groups of kids staying there. Loud in hallways, running.

The whole hotel constantly smelled like cigarette smoke and they had dogs barking everywhere.

Very clean and well maintained. Good breakfast with hot food.

The attendant kept everything stocked and that wasn’t easy with the number of guests

Location of breakfast was good. Taste of food was ok. Coffee was terrible. Had to go to McDonalds for that. It would have been a lot better if I could have understood the check in staff better. She was nice enough but had a strong foreign accent.

nothing where to start lets do checking first , gave me a look like I was weird or crazy both times I checked in asked for something went no where , got to the room and the door to the bathroom and bedroom were stuck and the room was hot like I was outside, then in the morning took shower no pressure at all, or hot water, then went to breakfast coffee was cold or luke warm and this was at 0600 when it opens, not a lot of options for breakfast more like on the cheap side no military discount either !

Water. Pressure was drastically low and just above warm. Thought it was hotel was control water use. Only told front desk on leaving

One of the better breakfasts we have had. Rooms were a 10 & plenty of room for a wheelchair. Felt safe & were clean!
