Body wash was not fill. We have to ask twice for it to refill. Bathroom is not the cleanness.

Very nice rooms and lobby areas, helpful staff, good choice

Nice clean hotel, only slept there so can't comment on the other facilities. Booked for the World Cup game 6 months prior to the event. Cost close to $600 CAD a night for a king room and sofa bed and could not cancel. Arrived at 11am to check in to be told there was no king bed rooms available as they had overbooked and was given room with 2 queen beds with no sofa bed. After a lot of talking about it I was eventually given a room with 2 queens and a sofa bed. We needed the extra space as I was travelling with grown kids who are both over 6ft tall.

Great stay for the world cup! Staff were very friendly. We had a two bed balcony room. The room was clean and served its purpose.

Our room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the fresh cookies in the lobby. The front desk staff member when we checked out early Monday morning was very friendly and thanked us for staying and to have a safe trip home. She also made sure I took cookies for the road.

Room was a nice size, clean and comfortable furniture. The bed was okay, mattress could be more comfortable. Very little surrounding noise. Good location, close to interstate, easily accessible.

Unfortunately the breakfast was not good compared with the last time. It was inedible as it tasted as though the eggs and sausages were fried in rancid oil. Then, the following day I ordered a yogurt and it was one month past the expiry date. The staff were very kind and offered to reimburse. The staff was excellent. Also, the room at times smelled of urine. Our last room was very clean.

The location was very lovely and environment calming I did not enjoy that I reserved a room with a format that I had seen photos of, but then got switched to a different hotel across the street with a completely different room that I did not even get to view first. Staff offered me a $20 dollar discount and I had no choice but to take the room since it was very late in the day and me and my partner were exhausted from traveling. The hotel itself smelled like pool cleaning products from the hallway till our room. The room accommodated to us was a handicapped layout and some of the features were uncomfortable, such as a very low leveled bed.
