Hotel was great as usual but it was hot!! Our room never did cool down. Thankfully we brought a fan or it would have been unbearable

Staff were wonderful. Very helpful with suggestions of things to do and places to eat at during our stay.

No complaints! Crystal was lovely at check-in. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool and Jacuzzi. The beds were comfortable enough. We loved the location right across the street from Six Flags. They had some amenities that we didn't use - on site bar & grill, free breakfast and trolley service to/from the park. We will stay here again if we ever come back to Arlington!

Me and my kids had a great weekend stay. It was close to DFW airport. I loved the fact that we were in walking distance to Six Flags and was able to use the hotel shuttle to the Globe Life Field for a concert. The pool area was small. The rooms were clean. The staff were very professional and helpful. The bar/restaurant area, you never knew when they were going to open or close. The breakfast bar area was dirty. The tables and floors were filthy. We grabbed a bite to go instead of eating in the restaurant area. Overall, it was convenient for us to stay there with all that we had to do on our itinerary. Recommended to families. I would stay there again.

Great location. Walking distance to Six Flags. There is a big area for breakfast. Trashcans around property and inside were full. The ac in our room was very loud and made noises. It was very annoying.

Easy check in. Fun waffle design options. Shuttle staff was friendly and easy to ride. Will stay again!

The only thing was the splash pad closing at 8! My son was so excited for it, but it closes too early in my opinion

The hotel staff were nice. However, the rooms are outdated, mold in sink and fridge, hair on supposedly clean towels, odor on pillows from wear and tear and the halls had like a mildew smell. Breakfast was decent such as a meal to satisfy hunger.

The biggest downside was the noise. Our first night (Thursday) was quiet, with only the normal sounds of guests walking to their rooms and talking in the hallways. Friday night was a completely different experience. There was constant running, yelling, and loud laughing on our floor until around 1:00 a.m., making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. If you’re looking for a quiet stay, especially on a weekend, I would probably choose another hotel. The complimentary breakfast was about what you’d expect from a hotel, but unfortunately the hot food wasn’t very good. The eggs, sausage, and bacon were cold, and the biscuits looked and tasted undercooked. We also used the guest laundry on our last day, and the sixth floor had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and other odors, which wasn’t pleasant. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but between the weekend noise, breakfast, and hallway odors, I don’t think I would stay here again if I wanted a restful trip.

Everything was good and even great. Except, with these temperatures I planned to cool off at the pool and it was closed for most of the time during my stay. From day one of my stay. It was quite disappointing for the little ones. We did not plan on going to a water park. But had to adjust our plans which was disappointing. People make plans to use the pool in the summer. La Quinta should have been prepared.
