The only good thing was its location

not clean enough , the AC was making noise all night , and turn on and off constantly , the hotel has a not good smell all of the above

It was near the stadium It could be cleaner. The breakfast was very poor. If the hotel wants to have more clients, they need to improve a lot of things

The location in relation to the AT&T Stadium is what really appealed to us. It was so close, only a 5 min drive - even on game day! The hotel itself, however, was very average. There was a really strong odor (not a great one) over the whole property. The 3rd floor smelled strongly of feces. The room was clean but very, very basic. We put an infant crib on our reservation but they told us they didn’t have any once we checked in. Breakfast was very disappointing. All that was offered was waffles, yogurt, packaged boiled egg, cold cereal and juice. Honestly don’t think I would recommend or stay here again myself.

Where it was located next to sixflags The beds are real uncomfortable and small didn't get extra towels seeing some roaches air conditioner never got cold

Staff Filters need to be changed in AC, bad odor toilet didn’t flush (but they were able to move us to a new room very accommodating) dirty towel

Breakfast is bare minimum, at least they should have egg and bread. Only option is waffle and cereal.

Very dirty hotel

The only positive thing about the property was the location. However, the location itself is not worth the stay. I reserved the room for two nights, and I checked out after the first night. The room was not clean. It smelled of stale smoke. The outside of the mini fridge door was dirty. The curtain was dirty. There was debris of some sort between the bed and the wall that had not been swept. There were no wash cloths, and there was only half a roll of toilet paper in the room. The shower had not been cleaned as there were body hairs on the shower wall. I was not comfortable nor did I feel safe staying there alone as the police were called out at least twice during my stay. I heard similar complaints from other guests as well. I will not stay here again, and I do not recommend anyone else stay here.

How clean the bathrooms and the sink was that was pretty much it!! And the location of the hotel the breakfast was awful! I was going to get some cereal and was about to pour in what i thought was milk but it was water! And the shower was leaking water everywhere and the overall smell of the hotel was awful smelled like a bad 7/11 convenience store

Not a large breakfast selection, but overall a great place to stay for the cost!

Did not stay Marijuana smell, facility issued refund then charged me later. Disputed with bank got money back and facility charged me again a month later was not even in Dallas

Location The beds where old, hotel smelled like smoke

Not enough towels and mold around the shower, no microwave, and conditioner in the shower was missing a bottle of conditioner and slightly mold around the floor

Location is great i if you're staying more than one night room was dirty, found someone else's dirty sock right between the fridge and desk, floors weren't swept, no toilet paper, not enough towels for the 4 people in the reservation, the place is literally falling apart in places, bathroom floor was sticky, breakfast was crap (BTW it's not free when you're paying for the room it's just not an admitted extra charge) and the breakfast area was absolutely filthy, arriving halfway through the breakfast period found everything empty: both cereal, yogurt, syrup. Either show up at 630 or don't expect to eat, I guess. Even if you get in at like midnight

Location, trolley service, price The smell was horrible like cheap incense, very limited breakfast, hotel guests smoking pot and being sexually explicit in pool.

The hotel has definitely gone downhill over the past year.
