Someone had a key to open my door while i was inside, good thing i had the chain in place and they didn’t get in. I walked out the door to see who it was and they had ran away then i decided not to stay the night and left instead, terrible experience don’t stay here.

The coffee pot was missing a piece for the water to drip through the coffee so was not usable. The microwave was not plugged in but we didn’t use it. The fridge worked great. Air Conditioning also worked great which is important in Texas during the summer & the bed was comfortable. It was also close to Globe Life field & since we live north of Tyler, it would have been a long drive late at night after the game. It was also fairly inexpensive as compared to other nearby options.

Room was very dirty, outside stair well looked like they had homeless sleeping outside it had a pillow and blanket outside the door. The floor on the above floors in place felt like it was going to fall in. The elevator sounded like it was grinding gears. The staff at check had a terrible attitude and was very rude almost hateful. The staff at check was very kind and helpful.

Despite reading numerous negative reviews, I decided to book this hotel, which turned out to be a huge disappointment. The air conditioning was non-functional, leaving the room unbearably hot, making it impossible to sleep. To add insult to injury, the shower tub was in a state of disrepair, with the knob broken and the water flow inadequate.

Pest everywhere fridge and don’t turn the lights off and hallways smells like animas are inside walking around carpet needs changing badly

Great place to stay! I absolutely love staying at Culebra Suites. I always feel incredibly safe here, especially with their security staff actively walking the property, and I never have to worry about the safety of my car and the staff always makes you feel welcomed and they are very accommodating to all my need everytime im there and for that reason ill always come back 😊
