Breakfast was very good variety of choices. Clean room and appreciate changing out linens

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the whole hotel is clean and the staff are friendly

Elevator not working

Overall, not a great stay. Room was not cleaned on daily basis even after we requested that. Carpet is old and smelly. Premise is not very well kept. Not recommended.

The charge terminals went down and we had to wait 6 hours before we could check into the hotel. We were late to our event and had to change in the public restroom, because we didn't have access to our room. When we did arrive in our room the a/c was leaking all over the carpet. It was already 00030 in the a.m. and we were very tired. The T.V. also wasn't working. The staff worked very hard and was apologetic, but it wasn't their fault- their wifi went out.

Breakfast was ok. Clean and spacious rooms. Very convenient to Six flags and the Stadium

We enjoyed the room tremendously however the elevators were problematic with the wait time. As we were unaccustomed to the heat it would’ve been thoughtful to have a cushioned bench by the elevators as we’d have to wait upwards of 5 mins+ to use it. Also the flow of breakfast was a bit cluttered having a toddler to navigate it. Would recommend putting the cereal toppings by the yogurt and compote, for example.

shower tub was dirty as well as the carpet floor nonetheless you get what you pay for. ultimately I enjoyed my stay there

Elevator took way too long that we can. We stayed there. There was a lot of noise.

An older hotel but still felt clean and nice. A decent price and location for one night.

bathrooms are small and outdated. the extractor is SO loud. water pressure is also not great. especially in the sink. the shampoo conditioner body wash was fine and i liked that they have a lock on them. lobby was clean. breakfast was just okay. not bad but we only ate there the first morning because it just wasn't super appetizing.

Conveniently located close to Dallas Stadium. Rooms are a little bit outdated.

Clean, spacious room Our check in time was 3:00. We arrived around 6:30. We waited in the lobby for nearly 2 hours due to not being able to get checked in! Gia the front desk clerk was so sweet and continuously apologized. She remained calm under all the pressure she was put through. The server was down and she was left there alone…no manager on duty! That was super inconvenient and unacceptable. Customers who had events to attend had to change in the bathroom while waiting for a manager to show up! I can’t believe we were not offered some kind of discount or anything for the inconvenience. We were nearly 3 hours late to dinner!

Did not like the front office giving us un serviced room first. Then ,upon asking giving another room.

The receptionist went above and beyond in helping us when we had an issue. Great place!

Excellent place great staff

Our ac didn’t work, there was only one elevator. Extremely inconvenient. We had only 2 towels. Then the WiFi didn’t work.
