Hyatt Centric Arlington

I woke up with bed bug bites all over my stomach requiring medical treatment and considerable stress. Despite complaints the hotel staff and management have been minimally responsive.

The only issue was the parking garage. We were initially told to park on P1 because of our larger vehicle, but when we returned, P1 was full and we were instructed to park on P3 or below. Our vehicle cleared the garage entrance without any issue. However, when we went to the lower levels, the overhead clearance bar struck our roof rack and left scuff marks. What made it especially confusing is that both the garage entrance and the lower-level clearance bar are posted as 6'1". As a guest, it's reasonable to assume that if your vehicle clears the entrance, you'll also be able to access the parking level you're directed to use. If there are different effective clearances between levels, there should be a better warning before drivers commit to going down. I reported it to the front desk so they could hopefully prevent it from happening to someone else, but there was no follow-up from management. We otherwise enjoyed our stay and would return, but I hope the parking garage signage and warning system are improved.

The rooms are nice and comfy, the area is nice and convenient and there is a target within walking distance, where we picked some items for our daughter who was staying for summer program in a nearby university.

The hotel was in a great location right across the street from the metro.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Rosslyn Metro station is right across the block for quick commute. Parking garage is a little tricky at first and tight but manageable.

Breakfast was buffet style, and you have to pay extra per day, but they have great options.

We needed a last minute hotel that was near the metro station, so we chose this hotel. It was a great choice. The staff were friendly and helpful, they held our luggage one day for us, and the rooms were nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Note: it’s an uphill hike from the metro station, but there is a target and Starbucks very close, as well as a food court.

The room was dirty. You could feel that the sheets were dirty snd floor wasn’t vacuumed.

Comfortable with a good location and great buffet breakfast. Close to the Metro and spacious for the price.

I like the distance to the metro station. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean.

This was the perfect hotel for our stay. It was the perfect location to jump on the metro and made it so easy to explore Washington DC. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable the bathrooms had a long counter which helped because there were 4 of us. The beds and room were cleaned each day and the staff was quick to bring us towels. Check in was quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again

My room had mold. You could smell it and the wallpaper was peeling back.
