The room was clean but outdated and small, also did not have a microwave. Also had major issues trying to get ahold of the hotel to confirm our reservation for that reason only I will never book a room with a Hyatt hotel. Sometimes AI is not the best option to answering questions, but then again still could not get a human either.

Just be advised that things like breakfast aren't included in the cheapest plans so unless you are just spending than a day or 2, get it as a part of the room plan. Also getting into the parking lot is awkward so it makes using the Metro all the more convenient.

Very nice hotel! Great location with plenty to eat and drink and great proximity to Georgetown. Happy Hour at bar was wonderful and the staff was extremely helpful. The $39 per night to park is crazy though. You can park at a garage around the block for $16.

a bit cleaner and they could have added a nice welcoming scent to the room. Just felt that for Hyatt they could have added the extra charm to the room. But the front staff was top notch.

Hotel staff is exceptional, responsive, helpful and efficient. Rooms are clean, bright and good size. Hotels location is very convenient to the metro, coffee shops and restaurants.

Top marks for cleanliness all round. Gym facilities can be better. Security deposit takes too long to be refunded. Its almost a week since i checked out and yet to get my security deposit refunded. That is not good enough. The room i got was way smaller than the room i thought i booked, Hyatt centric and hotels.com should provide better clarity to customers on what they are getting
