Very simple, no extras. No water in lobby. As to ask for hair dryer. Cafe expensive for cold coffee pre-made cold Starbucks coffee in cafes. Better to walk real Starbucks for 1/2 the cost & only 1/2 block on left. Nice lobby & staff friendly. Only 1/2 block from daughter’s apt. Parking super easy with access directly in hotel.

Front desk and housekeeping staff were very nice.

Great stay, check in was smooth & easy. Parking on site which is a plus. Location is perfect. Highly recommend.

Everything was excellent except the bed mattress was uncomfortable for me and pillows too soft

Conveniently located to the Rosslyn Metro and several dining options and grocery store and a Target. Just one stop and you’re in DC and a few more stops to the Museums. Room was clean, a little tight, but most importantly well air conditioned. Kelvin, at the front desk, was overworked, yet was incredibly helpful and kind. No ice machines on the floors, so you have to ask at the front desk. A bit of a musty smell in our room, but the 100 degree temps might not have helped. Complimentary parking the days we were there, so we saved a bunch!

My only qualm is with the breakfast. There’s a Starbucks type of coffee as a breakfast venue but there are only selected items are available for the complimentary breakfast, namely sweet pastry or bagels with cream cheese and coffee. For $220+ per night a full continental breakfast wouldn’t be a lot to ask. Still was worth the price and would recommend for a stay.

Pieces of the ceiling were falling off in the bathroom and there was mold in the shower. The "continental breakfast" is a voucher for a pastry and a mini cup of cereal, with better options intentionally displayed next to your selection to try to upsell you. The only redeeming quality was the staff. Everyone working there was very nice and helpful.

Hair was all over my bed and the cover was dirty! Hair also in the shower

Parking pass was great. The room was big. And well suited.

Overall, very good experience we really like the location grocery stores and restaurants are all nearby as is the metro station. The hotel was very well kept in the staff is friendly and helpful.

It was clean and comfortable, which is all I really wanted. Front staff were super helpful when I left an item on the front desk when checking in.

Every thing was great except for the cafe. 2 mornings in a row I couldn’t get food. The lounge was completely empty and I was told they were too busy to help me. This morning a man took a single order. I then asked for a breakfast burrito. He told me he was too busy. Then he proceeded to drink his coffee and check things off of a list.

We stayed for 4 nights. When I asked for housekeeping to take the garbage out and refreshed the room I was told the housekeeping was already full for the day. They don’t do daily cleaning.
