It was a nice hotel. Location was perfect, as it was a short distance away from all the DC monuments. Room was clean and maintained. You pay for parking in their garage.

They do ask that if you want maid service, that you tell them. Apparently, they don't automatically do it. However, I did find them to have come into the room and dump one of the garbage cans when we weren't there. The price was reasonable, but if I do come back, I think I would find a different place to stay.

Fine value for location. I never received an emailed receipt from the property, even though I asked for one at check-out. A week later, I called to get a copy of the receipt, and the front desk person who answered said they could not send one, and had to "request it from them". But, they could not tell me who "them" was. Then, I received an automated email saying, "the request has been submitted and will be fulfilled by the property". I still don't have a receipt.

Easy parking, friendly staff

There was not much to choose from and had to pay for it The room was not as advertised was supposed to be a king bed and a sleeper bed pic did not show a balcony but it had one

Basic room made more useful with a mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The room and furnishings are in decent condition, but let down by some minor cleaning lapses. There are no USB charging ports anywhere in the room (more unusual these days). The mattress top was awkwardly high, probably 3 feet from the floor, rough for anyone shorter or with mobility issues. Shower water pressure was great, but hot water was ran out during two of my showers.

Staff

$27 for 1 so-so breakfast sandwich, 2 coffees and a juice seems a little excessive. The second morning we left the hotel hungry

Shower floor was very slippery. The property needs some up dating. Great location.

Love the city. Terrible unkept facility.

That being said, the staff was very friendly and professional. The person working the front desk during the midnight shift was especially helpful, courteous, and accommodating. Their excellent customer service was definitely one of the better parts of my stay.

Room was good and property was in a convenient location. Laundry could be made better since it was a hassle to operate those equipments and required help multiple times. Parking could have been provided for free or at a nominal price.
