WoodSpring Suites St. Louis Arnold

This hotel had bed bugs. While in a nice area, the hotel has multiple police reports due to the nature of the clientele. While the manager was nice and said she would provide refund it's been weeks and I still have not received it.

This place was amazing! The staff was super friendly and very helpful.

Very clean and cozy loved it Nothing

The room was super clean, staff was so friendly. Best of all it's right in the middle of shopping and restaurants. Easy to get to from the interstate.

We were at the St Louis Cardinals game and I had called to check on around 9 pm. Game ended after 10 pm Office was closed, but Gary came and checked us in. He also told us where restaurants were located. Very helpful. Nothing

It had all the amenities that were described in the description. The toilet seat was broke, and the water pressure in the shower.

Location and fridge Street lights shining through windows even when blinds are closed. Needs additional curtains for pull option.

The only thing worse than the service is the amenities. This place basically offers a bed and a shower—and even those fall short. There was no hot water, no extra blankets if you get cold, and the entire place had a strange, unpleasant smell. Overall, a very uncomfortable and frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

Overall room was good, bed was less than desirable.

Very sketchy Everything

kitchen had no dishes whatsoever pots pans, spoons plates cups nothing. Bed super thin walls super thin every night loud music playing down the hall. Always smell like weed consistently even though posted no smoking signs everywhere. Pretty sure I heard gunshots on my last night outside.

It was fairly clean for the most part but the bathtub could’ve used a quick rinse and maybe wipe out the fridge cause it was sticky, it’s not a super big problem just an observation. But the front desk lady was really nice she got us checked in and explained everything we needed to know! And it is definitely pet friendly because I saw a lady walking the sweetest pitty.

Place was clean. The kitchen had a stove top, micro and fridge. Seemed like a pretty safe area. We would definitely stay here again. Stayed 2 nights.

Elevator, good cable channels and more that 1 washer/dryer. Street spotlight shining in the window all night, dogs barking all night and morning, this place is for a single person working out of state not families. I felt like I was in prison with all the rules.

No hot water

Check-in was easy and hotel staff friendly. Though posted; a no smoking building, when leaving the elevator on the 4th floor, the hallway smelt of cigarette smoke. I did not use the kitchen. The hotel is located next to I-55 causing the room to be very noisy. have your eye plugs (I did) if you expect to get any sleep. The walls are thin. I could hear the couple arguing next door. Upon my morning departure, the 4th floor hallway was still smokey.
