The automated door opener didn't work so it was a challenge for us to get through it with my husband using a walker and being blind. Another guest helped hold the doors open for us. The staff was very helpful on both our visits

The hotel staff at check in and checkout were exceptionally friendly and sweet to my daughter as well. Breakfast was delicious and when the yogurt machine ran out, the staff were on it and brought a cup to my daughter at our table. We enjoyed complimentary popcorn and lemon water as well. The room was clean and the pool room was up and running, although it was very chilly! We would definitely come back if we were passing through town again.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Everything was very clean and taken care of; very well maintained. We enjoyed the amenities very much i.e. breakfast and the clean rooms, as well as the little perk of the popcorn at night! We enjoyed the location and accessibility to various places we visited while in St. Louis.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We stay here often and the staff is friendly. Anela is always very nice and helpful.

Upon arrival, there was no one at front desk and 3 people ahead of me to check in. Waited at least 5 minutes for 1 employee to arrive. Room on 1st floor was actually the basement. The carpeting was damp. People were in and out, slamming doors all night. No sleep to be had.

I request for Room locations was met perfectly. The breakfast was decent. My only complaint would be that the room smell, dusty and musty. I suspect it was the carpeting. Having a pool right off the lobby was not the best layout. But, we probably would stay again.

The room was very clean and a lot of pillows on the beds. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent, the food was fresh and the staff kept it clean. I would definitely recommend this Best Western for anyone needing a very nice place to stay. The AC kept the room cool.
