All the staff were so friendly. The ladies at breakfast (Kathy and Nancy) were so cheerful and helpful. These are the people who will make your day brighter. I like the bright room.

There was security on property so you don't have to worry about your car being stolen or broken into. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms were nice as well I would definitely recommend

The location was ideal. The security guy was on point every night. Breakfast was ok for hotel. The sheets on the bed were stained on the one bed. The housekeeper never came which isn't really an issue. One of the beds sounded like it was broken or breaking every time we would lay down.

We stayed one night on our way back from Tulsa OK to Indianapolis. We were traveling with a small dog and needed space to walk her. We drove to area restaurants and stores and found them easily accessible without using the Interstate. The hotel was quiet and well kept, and the staff took care of our rather minor needs.

Staff were helpful, and beds were great. Good breakfast selection, and the room was nice. Initially, our room stunk from cigarette smoke, and we requested another. This was not a problem, and the staff took care of this. An apology for the smoke, and she mentioned all rooms are non-smoking, which was not complied with by someone.

My cousins and I were in town to see the Chicago Cubs play the St Louis Cardinals. This Hampton Inn & Suites was the perfect place to stay for the night. It is about a 20-minute Uber ride to the park but worked really well for us. It was very clean. The room was clean. The lobby was clean. The breakfast in the morning was very good and quite delicious. The lady who worked at breakfast, I did not catch her name, was so kind and sweet. I always look for clean hotels and this one definitely was great!

Bed was comfy, loved the shower, breakfast was good, & so very happy that y'all allow dogs!!! I wish the pet fee was a little cheaper, though. We have stayed there before & will definitely stay again!

Parking was great, very close to all highways, staff super friendly, and room was great. Food not the best to me but I would stay here again.
