The whole hotel reeks of incenses or some over powering smell that sticks to your clothes and hair. I visited the room once and knew right away I couldn’t stay there. The room lamp had mold on it. The door rattles and shaked like its been kicked down a few times. The door lock was barely hanging on. The room and bathroom is dingy. Looks like someone unlit their cigarette on the tub. The glass surrounding the tub looked unsafe.

Roach motel...mattress was ancient - wells in it. Not a pleasant smell

Very dirty and outdated. The front desk area if filthy. The room was poor. Be aware don't stay at this hotel!!!
-
good, easy check in, reasonable breakfast
-
I checked in after a long drive went up stairs, walked in and big crawling everywhere. I immediately went down to check out. They did at least refund my money
-
My only complaint is that breakfast hours were too early, ending at 9am, 10am would’ve been better! 🙂

Good staff. Thanks Bhargav for attend and giving services promptly

The room wasn’t clean the sheets on the bed had a lot spots on them i went to the front desk and ask for clean sheets and put them on the bed
-
Wet pillows and sheets, huge feces stains on mattress.
-
The breakfast was not good . There no windows that can be opened to the room.

I guess if you gotta have somewhere to go it's ok
-
Dirty, nothing was intact. They should do a complete remodeling or not charge more than $9.99 per night. Incredibly terrible experience with paying over $100.

Saff was nice and friendly

First the only 2 nice things were the hot water and the water pressure. The room was on a smoking hall. The hallway was so poorly lit that it belonged in a haunted hotel. Also with every light in the room on I could barely see to read. The microwave could not be plugged in unless you unplugged the fridge. There was coffee and tea however there was no machine. There was no hairdryer also no phone to call the desk! Sanjay also charged us $100. Over the amount that hotels said I would be charged!!!! The bed was harder than the floor and the pillows were so flat the must have been used for decades. When I went down to the lobby to ask for pillows Sanjay asked if I could just wait for his meal break to be finished. Then when I asked Sanjay for 2 pillows he said I will give you one the he proceeded to tell me that I had to turn in the one extra pillow at check out. The AC unit was as loud as a tractor running in the room ALL NIGHT LONG! Also the tv had no programing!!!! Nothing! Either you watched free things on the list or you add your home programming to this tv. What?! So I was charged $100 over the price for the worst experience in a hotel EVER! IT IS MY OPINION THAT HOTELS SHOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PROPERTY ANY LONGER.

It's a 3-star place for a reason. The room was not at all what the pictures made it look like. The sink is in the room, not in the bathroom, and there's no closet, just a bar with a few hangers. There was a bracket on the wall where a blow drier used to be, but it was missing. When we left for dinner I mentioned it to the desk guy and he said he would bring one up. He never did. The coffee maker and the juice dispenser in the "breakfast area" were both out of order, and the pool is covered and unavailable. The bed was comfortable, and it was OK for just the one night we stayed. Probably won't go there again, though

Absolutely disgusting, batteries even in the fire alarm didnt work. Paint peeling, dead smashed bugs on the wall, weed smoked all over the 3rd floor, it was basically a trap hotel.

I usually dont write reviews but this place was in the top 3 worst hotels weve ever stayed at. Dirty rooms. Whole hotel stunk. Everything was out of order. It was truly a bad experience. The room was non refundable and we were tired from travel is the only reason we stayed.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was good and hot. The only things that weren't right was the two lamps that was over the desk did not work and the toilet ran constantly.
-
Facilities were adequate
-
Cons- Laundry, bottled water, hair dryer & chair was unavailable.
