Sink broke room smelled falsely advertised room online. I had kids i would nvr go again.

The condition of the rooms was poor, found a medical needle in the carpet. At check-in, staff at the front desk were more interested in talking with their friend than helping me check in. I stay in hotels frequently for work - very disappointed.

I will never stay at another America’s Best again. For the price I was charge I expected better facilities. I thought I had stay in the worse condition s before but this hotel is now the worst place I’ve stayed.take my advice, stay at a reputable hotel and spend a little more for the nights stay.

The rooms smelled like mold, the lamps had mold on them. The property was not kept up. It looked nothing like the pictures.

There where roaches in the room and roomed smelled if strong insects the carpet in the room was sticky but for the price my expectations where not high

The staff was amazing however the pool had been shut down by the health department, there was plaster and duct tape on the walls, the bathroom sink was missing a knob on the faucet, the beds were old and hard, tubs were stained, there wasn't a microwave or refrigerator, the sheet on the bed was i believe stained at least I hope it was and that it wasnt dirty.

Door seemed to be damaged before and fixed with screws 🙄, there was a leak on ceiling and was fixed with bondo lol, multiple walls damaged, carpet older than my grandma and stinky, the whole property was very stinky, not night light and no phone in your room! There was only una wall light fixture with 2 different light bulbs, squeaky beds, room curtains stained with paint, seems like maintenance is playing to be maintenance This hotel needs to shut down

Oh, and by the way, they collect an extra $100 deposit at check-in. I recommend Expedia remove this poor excuse for a hotel from their listings.

The pictures are very deceiving. Took along time to check in. Tv looked broken and did not work. No batteries in remote. No phone. Very run down. Beds were uncomfortable. One of our rooms smelled very musty and damp. Do not recommend.
