Breakfast was okay…not outstanding. One of two coffee machines out of order and then the second done stopped working. Just lots of things needed attention at once. (Pancakes and bacon, too.) Shade in room broken and beds had saggy mattresses.

The staff at the front desk were great. I don’t feel like the room was as clean at it normally is when we stay there every summer. One of the beds had something on the comforter (looked like chocolate) so I’m not sure the sheets were clean.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakkfast was really good. Our kids also enjoyed hot cookies served fresh in the evening. Nothing.

It seems like the staff forgot to refill the soaps in the shower. It's a room designed for up to 6 people and the refillable bottles should be topped off between each booking.

The hotel felt newly (last few years) renovated and was well maintained. Our room was clean and the air conditioning worked extremely well to block out the St. Louis humidity and heat. We loved their “cookie hour” from 8-9pm and the breakfast was wonderful.
