Do not stay here for the price that you’re paying for this hotel it is not worth it. Do not stay here and that breakfast that they say that they’re offering is not really breakfast. It’s in a dark back room with oatmeal, eggs, and waffles that you have to make and not like you’re regular breakfast spread that you can get anywhere else at a very nice hotel. Do not stay here.

Great location in Artesia. Easy access to parking. Breakfast was okay for most people, but for Keto diet people like me it was just adequate (like most hotels).

The room was spacious The room was hot and the ac took a long time to cool down. Getting to your room was like a maze and when I came back to it at night my key wasn’t working.

Clean and quiet Bizarre location. A little pricey

Breakfast was junk food or highly processed food. Room was noisy. Wouldn't stay again

Everything was as advertised The surrounding area of view from windows was unpleasant

The bathroom has a few tung bugs( they dud send manliness to soray) the toilet would flush jeep stopping up( they did send someone 2 times)

The stay was ok. Disappointed that my deposit refund hasn’t been returned. Haven’t been able to get in contact with anybody related to that.

It was clean. The elevator was out of service. Someone near by was smoking.

The location was close to a lot of places so that was good. The cost of the room is way too expensive for what it actually is. The shower head didn’t make sense, the hot water is on the cold side and vice versa. The AC in the room sounds like a jet engine. Personally I don’t see how a room like this is going for the rates it’s at. For a short term stay it’s fine and meets all the basic requirements I guess. The online photos make it look a lot better than it actually is. It’s a 5.5/10 at best but the customer service makes it atleast a 6.5/10
