I liked the open courtyards and the pool. Also I used the ice machine every day. The rooms were clean and they offered us clean towels every day. There was plenty of parking and it's nice that they offered a continental breakfast starting at 6 AM.

We could hear the other room conversation as if they were in the same room with us. We requested for a room change or refund and staff stated nothing he could do. Terrible customer service

I wish I had checked Yelp first. Yeah this hotel is very sketchy! It wasn't clean. And the area isn't great. The bathroom tub was outdated and it looked like they just chalked it so if you know you know what I'm talking about. The floor was dirty in the room and bathroom. There was a bird outside the on the sprinkler and it had pooped and it looked as though it had been there for a while.

Nothing If you enjoy sagging-pants thugs, loitering in the hallways, kids screaming and running next to your door, and ROACHES , then this is the hotel for you. Add to it rude, unhelpful employees.
