Sheraton Cerritos Hotel

Affordable price, excellent staff, great amenities. I was very impressed for the price point. The daily cleaning of the room was great.

Very clean room. We booked the Junior King Suite. It was spacious which was great. Staff is 5 stars all the way. Hotel is really beautiful. Location was great. Just a few misses. The bed sits off to the left. There is a vent on that wall and one as you walk in to cool the sitting area. The space with the bed was so much warmer and just stuffy. It didn’t cool off like the sitting area. Comfy bed but down pillows are literally flat, so that was a bummer. No microwave but there is a mini frig.

I have been staying at this location for more than 20 years. I grew up in Cerritos whenever I come back this is where I go. This trip though was the first time they ever charge me a re-key fee. I got a late checkout at one, and by 1:10 I was locked out and they were gonna charge me $75 to re-it just to get my bags and get them leave. Never have I had that happen. Never have I not had them give me a complementary breakfast in the morning. The Customer Service is absolutely going downhill that’s too bad.

It was a very beautiful hotel and I’d stay anytime I’m in town. As well as recommending it to anyone traveling looking for a hotel to stay in!

It was a good stay with the family, the restroom door in room 429 is wonky it has to be opened a certain way, my 11 year old was stuck in the restroom. I had to help him out. The room was clean and quiet. We stayed one night.

Lovely and clean hotel. The only thing I can say was not so good was the pool. The jacuzzi was cold and we were not able to really use it like I was looking forward to doing and the pool was also cold even though it’s advertised as being heated. Others then that it was a good stay. Staff that we encountered, the front desk staff, were okay, not really friendly or informative.

I was very pleased with the convenient location, directly across the street from the shopping center that included Walmart, the movie theater, and Trader Joe’s. The rooms were nice, clean, and free of any smoke or unusual odors. Additionally, the housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was also excellent. I prepaid $20 for two people when making my reservation online, which was well worth it, especially noting that the price at the hotel was $28 per person. I appreciated having the option to either eat in the dining area or take food from the buffet to go. Thank you for a wonderful stay and for the great service.

Such a beautiful hotel and so close to our venue.

It shows that this property could use a bit of a remodel or an upgrade, especially for the prices that they charge, even with a 3rd party.

I would definitely consider staying...

They did not have bell hop or carts. Room service was not great. Not full room service.
