Motel 6 Buena Park, CA - Knotts Berry Farm - Disneyland

Nothing, we arrived to find a demolished hotel. Your company still hasn't acknowledged either of my messages regarding this issue. EVERYTHING!!! No building equals a mad scramble to try and find another place to stay. Even though you were sending me messages, as if they were coming from the hotel itself; therefore it was an even greater shock to find the hotel was a giant hole in the ground!!!

The room are what you paid for To much crack heads outside

Tammy at the front desk The racist housekeepers & front desk staff. They were really crazy, and they did not work. Motel 6 policies are pretty fair, so it is a shame this location closed. It was pretty dirty, I spent a lot of my time cleaning my room... just so much gunk would come off the doors, theshold and the glued down entry mat. One time I thought someone had died in the bathtub, because yellow fatty film was coming off. The housekeeper (or someone) would come into my room to wash herself, I really believe some were prostitutes.

Hotel was closed and fenced off. How do I get my money back?

Average room. Staff were ok. Condition of rooms were basic but effective.

Room was not ready on time

The location was great and near several freeways. It was a vert pleasant stay. Maybe offer juice or milk. Donuts or bagels would be great.

Nothing, it was trash and nobody was working the front desk Everything and nobody there

The location was OK The rooms could be cleaner. One female staff member was extremely rude with a horrible attitude and made things extremely difficult. After my check in I immediately checked out right after 10 mins of being in the room from the over all look. The smell was horrible like cigarettes, the bathroom was insane, the tub looked like blood was in it, the room looked like a homeless guy was in it. Not to mention i found roaches in the room. I would never come back to motel 6.

Staff had good customer service The smell of the rooms and that there is only room service upon requested. I strongly believe there should be room service regardless unless otherwise by customer.

The area,freeway access, and restaurants. Not enough space.

I like the hotel I wish my room had a microwave

Didnt like I found a dirty towel under the bed with three did bugs on it the sink to the ash your hands the handle comes right off and blankets felt moist and wet

Room keycard worked well. Air cooling system buttons broken. Wall plugs wouldn't hold phone charger cord. Not very clean. Bathroom shower hose in handicap room flooded bathroom floor, shower floor not graded well. Glad they had security. No refrigerator.

Nothing.. they over charge. Me.. never stay there again or my company
